Love this new controller. Much more responsive. A little bit heavier than the normal one that comes with the Xbox, but feels to be much better quality.

I was able to pickup an open box item. Like new with all the extra part. The ability to customize different functions makes the extra cost worth it.

Hands down the best remote I've ever played with. Came to Xbox from 20+ years on playstation. Moved for headphones add the primary reason and was totally bowled over by the outstanding awesomeness of this remote. It's THAT MUCH BETTER. Period.

Better quality than the first series of controller. Had the first series controller and it broke easily and quickly. Iv had this controller for a while and put it through extreme gaming and still works great!

Heavy duty, way better than the normal controller. Feels a lot more premium, should come with every xbox. A little expensive though.

Purchased for my son that had been wanting one of these, it wasn't on sale, however I used my Best Buy points for a discount. My son loves it & says it's awesome

Great controller , I play warzone much faster because of it and the only down side I found was it Gets stuck drift very easily

This is an amazing controller. The amount of ways you can customize the controller are huge, and the in console settings are also limitless. The problem is that this is hugely faulty controller. Face buttons were going out a little over half a year after it was purchased, and it was not used too much. And this is a common issue unfortunately. I've lucked out that i had total tech so I could easily swap out the controller for a new one. Cause for a controller that costs $170, these faults are inexcusable.

The rear paddles are a game changer. Awesome to program for ground and reload or air rolls on rocket league. I’ve had for a little over a year and getting some stick drift though. Only downside so far.

I thing this is the best controller you can use actually, is my best buy of this year, and for my membership discounts is was a good price

This is the best controller in the world. Love using this for multi-player games such as war zone. You can map the buttons on the bottom to what you want to you can play better. Has a long lasting battery to keep you playing all night. The best controller period.

Let me start out saying I play Xbox at least 3 hours a day. I am 48 years old and have played on pretty much every system over that timeframe. This controller is the best one I have ever used. However, it isn't perfect. The first one I got right after they came out had an issue where one of the triggers sticking a few months later. I swapped it out using the Geek Squad warranty for a new one. Purchased another warranty, and this one started having movement continue after releasing the right stick, after about a year of constant use. Makes it challenging to play certain games, so I will be swapping it out again and getting another. Buy the Geek Squad coverage. Totally worth it!
