Best controller I have ever held, when I bought this it was a returned item and marked down by 60$. I found that the controller had its analog stick tightened which I fixed myself with no issues since. probably the cause of the return. It has a very nice metallic feel to the controller and feels sturdy the sticks feel just as high quality. It is very nice to have a charging doc and its battery life is insane coupled with the doc. If you remember to place it on the doc when done with it, it will never lose power on you. The modular nature of the buttons is nice and the back panel triggers are nice. I have programed these back triggers for additional inputs on the application reWASD on PC which I recommend if you wish to do so.

Average controller, if you own the elite 2 parts or buy them with it its a slightly above average controller. It has a great feel to it, a tad lighter than original elite series 2. Unfotunately I recieved 2 that withing 2 weeks of recieving i realized was plagued with the same rb lb double or triple click. If that issue was panned out it would be a better buy. The thumbsticks do seem to be better put together than original elite 2, no stick drift out of box. I wouldn't reccomend unless you have the parts for elite 2 already as buying them will net more than just buying elite series 2. Even if you do have the larts be aware you still run the risk of infamous double click.

The price is steep but 100% worth what your paying for! Got 4 elite controllers for my spouse, kids and me and all them still work like new with no issues with the oldest controller being about 2 years old now. $100 for the core version is well worth it since it seems like the basic controllers would become victim to stick drift within 6/7 _-_- months in!

The elite series 2 is a great controller up until the moment it is not. I highly recommend the 2 year protection plan for this. I have gone through maybe 6-7 of this controllers since 2020, about 1 a year. Either the Y or B button stops to register or the bumpers no longer work.

This was the one I swapped the blue controller with that was definitely a refurbished being sold as new. This on had no paddle presets, xbox light is bright and it was 100% clean. I just didn't want white because it gets dirty faster but it was the only other one available besides the normal elite series 2 for $200. Other then that great controller and it works just like the normal elite 2s. Very happy with the product and that it was new and not used.

Wow! My friends have been talking about the Elite controllers for a while and I always doubted them. I have had a number of SCUF and AIM controllers, and none of them compete with the Elite. The weight of it, the overall feel, the customizing of it, and extras it comes with are worth the price. I’ll never get another SCUF again (plus their quality is crap now).

Hands down the best controller I’ve use for gaming. No input delay and the paddles on the back make for easy play with most FPS games. And the customization are great.

Haven’t had for that long and the right bumper sticks for a half second longer then it needs to so it acts like I hit the bumper 3 times some stick drift within the first 3 weeks of use (keep in mind I play competitive cod and some others ) compared with the regular controllers the weight difference is night and day all around better then the controller you would get with the console

Very happy with this purchase. The quality is solid, it works exactly as described, and it’s been easy to use right out of the box. Everything feels well-made and dependable, and it’s clearly designed with real users in mind. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable option, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this brand again.

This controller is pretty fantastic, and a remarkable upgrade in a few ways from the previous version. It has better paddles that are a little snappier, so you wont accidentally depress them in the heat of the moment of gameplay. It has better sticks with a bit more control to them. And it has the ability to charge on a little stand that comes with it, which is super nice to have. The part that has bothered me are the AXBY buttons. I have gotten three of these thus far since I decided to purchase them through Best Buy, and the Y button specifically, on all of them, has to be depressed at exactly the right angle in order for it to connect and follow through with the input. Apparently, this is just a quirk of these controllers, which for the amount of money you spend on them, is really unacceptable. I believe this can be fixed but it requires you to pull off the front face of the controller, and I'm not ready to do that yet. Just know that this has a potential issue with the buttons.

This controller is better than a regular Playstation or Xbox controller. I've also used Scuf. The paddles feel better than any I've used. The overall value of this controller is great - the ability to remap any button is huge, along with setting up multiple profiles for a few different games. A lot of custom controller manufacturers don't have their own software to do this and won't let you remap on the fly. Also, the ability to adjust the tension in the thumbsticks is amazing! In the hands it's comfortable, feels like quality (not cheap plastic), and looks clean. Expect a little bit of stick drift on day one. Mine was actually so bad I replaced it a week later and got one that wasn't as bad, but still has some drift.

Feels great and I love the budget option here if you already own another elite controller as the parts can be moved around. However the first Elite 2 controller I had an issue with the bumper RB and now this one I notice sometime the A button will fail to register or register twice which cause a double jump in some instances when I don't mean to. I still like the controller and extra buttons to map some actions, you can even map keyboard keys to it through xbox but I would have expected an elite controller not to have issues that the standard controllers don't have right out the box. 4/5

Great controller if you get one without issues. I have owned several elite controllers from Xbox. The original that I had zero issues with, and 2 elite series 2 that I had to return a combined 11 times to get one defect free. I got lucky with the core controller but keep in mind it is just that. You only get the controller you get no add one that make it a “pro” controller. I would recommend this at $100 or less not full price. Than just buy the add ones from amazon don’t get the Xbox licensed ones. Get the less expensive ones that are the same quality. Than you get a great controller at a value.

Way better than the standard Xbox controller. I like that you can set the back paddles to anything you like. No more having to buy batteries since it’s rechargeable. The biggest problem is the joysticks, the drift is very real and for a controller with a high price they should be better.

"Professional" reviews are normally hit or miss and here lately complete garbage. Wanted one of these for a while, so I got one. I was one that could only play 1st person shooters with keyboard and mouse. Tried many times with the Xbox wireless controller, but no way. After setting up the Elite with the windows app and a little practice, I am now playing 1st person shooters almost as good as a keyboard and mouse with the convenience of a controller. Its just more fun. The customization in the app is very nice. Stick curve and sensitivity along with full button customization. There is also recalibration. The controller feels premium and comfortable, I use all four paddles and dont need to touch the keyboard for normal play controls. After just a few days I tried the older wireless controller again and couldnt put it away fast enough. If you are on the fence about it, dont be! The additional sticks are a must. Magnetic charger is awesome.
