Feels good in the hand, can be customized with the app, and has an awesome color scheme. I love it!

Great build, heft, back button placement, swappable buttons, etc. The big issue for me was that the A button got stuck on three different controllers almost immediately. It was bad enough that I couldn't keep this controller and returned for a razer wolverine ultimate. I had purchased microsoft complete as well but after thinking it over the chances seemed too high that my replacement (after warranty period) would probably have the same A button issue. I didn't want to risk it for such an expensive controller. The overall build and comfort is so great on this controller but the A button issue is a huge disappointment and seems simple enough for microsoft to address. It is a shame they can't figure that part out.

Not a manufacturing defect but a characteristic on this controllers.

Terrible Quality Control

The first one had issues with the A button getting stuck after frequent presses. My second one has issues with the Y button registering. I would highly recommend avoiding this controller at all costs until Microsoft finds a fix
