Solid choice
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A bit pricey. But overall, this is a good controller. Grips are textured, and do not feel cheap like some other controllers do. The adjustable thumbsticks are awesome and helped me get my aiming under control. Plus, the thumbsticks do not feel like cheap plastic either. The battery life is awesome as well, plus the box comes with a 10 foot charging cord, just no wall plug. Overall, definitely recommend this controller.

Game changer
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Platforming in games is doable with the back trigger buttons. No longer have to take your right thumb off of the stick to jump. Wish I got this controller years ago. Though honestly I could have bought the less expensive one that does not come with the case and the other buttons.

Great Controller.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased as a gift for my gf with her new gaming rig. She loves it and has since accessorized it. No stick drift and she loves how comfy it feels while gaming. The grips are comfortable for long sessions and battery life is great. No connectivity issues.

Massive Improvement Over The Original
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is a big improvement over the original Elite with the built in battery pack, and enhanced D-pad. The only thing I had to make modifications to are the paddles on the back because my hands are big and I wasn't able to hold the controller normally, so I ordered a duplicate set of paddles and used the shorter sets for top and bottom. I took it a step further and trimmed about 1/4 inch off the top paddles and now it's perfect. It's unfortunate that Microsoft didn't offer a couple different variants of paddles for people with larger hands, but it's still a solid controller and worth every penny.

Incredible controller but not cheap
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good controller. A little pricey though. The feel of the device in hand is great and very different from the standard controller. And there are so many configuration options it seems overwhelming.

Top Notch Quality own many all work still
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own many Xbox Elite controllers I've had my own from the Xbox Design Labs I've actually bought core controllers in the store and then turn them into what I wanted afterward I bought in several of these it's just some may show up on my phone some might not to this day I haven't had one break on me not one except for the first one I ever bought which was on Amazon which proves my point about quality control and also Microsoft got a lot better making them because I used to get them direct from the Microsoft store and the version ones they just were not that great I mean it's a matter of preference what style you like I like this and prefer it to the dual Sense Edge for sure most comfortable gaming controller I use it when I game on other devices as well

High Quality Xbox Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this controller it feels like it’s made with a high standard of quality. I love all its features like how you can customize the thumb sticks and D-pad and that they are made of metal, not plastic. The battery for me last a long time, I just charged it the first time since it’s initial charge the other day, though I don’t play everyday, so it last pretty long even with vibration on. But the overall build quality is excellent nice rubber grips, metal sticks, and sturdy plastic. This controller when compared to the new Series X controller makes the X feel cheap.

Great controller, good value, easy to use and edit
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m on my third elite controller… but the durability is waaaay beyond the scuf. If you’re looking for paddles and button mapping, don’t go anywhere else. Only gets 4 stars because I have had to replace two one for stick drift and one because the X A and RB all started to fail.

100% Worth It
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I cannot express how much I enjoy this controller. If you're looking to get a high end, customized gaming experience then this is a no brainer. The controller has nice weighty feel to it and the buttons have a good tactile sensation. It takes a little bit to figure out the button mapping features and customization but once you do it's a dream. The best part is the battery life, this thing can go for hours upon hours before needing a charge. The charging cradle works incredibly well and I've had no issues with the contacts. All in all if it's something you're willing to spend the money on you will not regret this purchase

It’s a solid upgrade!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would definitely give this controller 5 stars if this was the first Elite controller you purchased. I wouldn’t rate it 5 stars if you already have the first model. A few definitely marked improvements; my favorites being the anti slip grip, the shortened paddles on the back, and the 3 customizable settings. If you have the first version, I could argue on not getting this one and hopefully waiting for a 3rd version (you know there will be another). First time buyer; I’d recommend it. Already have the first; I’d wait, unless your wallet is burning a hole in your pocket and you would also want the aforementioned features.

Truly Elite
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a really great controller! The battery is amazing. I opened it up and started playing with it, and it took 4 days of heavy playing until I had to charge it for the first time. The controls feel great, and I love how the sticks can be changed out. The paddles are amazing, and will greatly increase your success in playing fps games.

Great...when it worked
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a great change in controller scheme from the normal controller. The paddles on the bottom were fantastic. In FPS games, being able to map the face buttons to the paddles means I didn't have to take my finger off the right thumb stick while playing. Made being a shotgun ape a little easier. The customizations are also a nice feature, different thumb sticks you can put on, different direction pad. Also, the weight of the controller feels nice. Feels solid in your hand. 2 stars cause after 7-8 months of ownership the left joy stick tracking started getting wonky, specifically in the up direction. Presents itself in I'll be running in COD or Destiny, and just all of a sudden come to a walk. Like the controller just forgets your pushing full forward. Have to release and reengage the run, which in a shooter is certainly a difference between winning and losing a fight. Very disappointing that a controller that cost almost half as much as the console developed issues in under a year, and only has a 6 month warranty. My original, included with the Xbox controller is still going strong after years of ownership. Recommend from a feature standpoint. Do not recommend from a quality/standing behind the product stand point. Understand quality issue can happen to anyone, but only a 6 month warranty on a $200 controller, just disappointing.

Xbox Elite controlle is solid
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It feels much nicer than your run of the mill controller. As a casual gamer the back bunper buttons are kinda cool but take a lot of getting used to. The texturizes grips are great and the quality is good. Recommend grabbing on sale cause its not quite worth the full sticker price.
