I’ve been through 3 elite controllers each with separate issues. I love the features of this controller but it needs better build quality

Every time I get one the left stick drifts in about a week and makes it basically unusable. I honestly preferred the first series of elite controllers compared to these because they did not have that issue. I think this issue is caused by the adjustable tensions on the sticks . I’m sorry I can not recommend these to anyone due to the fact of how many times I’ve had to take mine back. Will be bringing in another one this week.

ive had 3 or 4 so far all of them have lasted 2 months and when ive went to bring them back they never have new ones in stock

Stick drift within the first two days of use. Like every Xbox controller made by Microsoft.

I wanted nothing more than to love this controller, it was very useful and made my gaming experince much better. The paddles helped me complete Elden Ring but the darn thing broke 4 months into using it.

This is my 3rd "Open Box-Excellent" item I've bought from BestBuy. The first one (a DJI gimbal) was missing one non-critical piece but otherwise was nice. The last two (including this controller) were terrible and I returned. Although this item was supposedly "Excellent" condition, it came with MANY marks and scuffs all over it, the thumbsticks were clearly worn out, it looked like my 13 year old had played with it for the last 6-8 months. Poor condition. I returned it the same day and it will be my last time buying open box from Best Buy. Do they even look at the items before labeling them excellent? I rebought brand new and the item is a great product but DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX.

Ok seems to break really fast and extremely fragile

W controller it works really well i woukd definitly recommend it 10/10

Solid controller. Not sure I like the built in battery. But it works.

horrible controller. you’d think that it would be better for games but being a fps player you’ll notice how weird the joysticks feel. to get the right input you need to push hard than usual completely ruining how responsive a controller should be.

Honestly its worth the purchase and it feels like its built to last

Bought this controller 3 different times and all 3 had stick drift idk if it was just a coincidence but it was unusable for the most part

This controller is exactly like the black elite series 2 controller only difference is there isn't the extra buttons that you get with the black elite controller and of course this one is white. I expect this controller to do the same thing as my black controller with the RB button where it won't register the click.

I loved the feel of this controller, the case, and charging solution. It felt like quality in every way possible. However, within a week the controller started loosing connection... alot. I read other reviews, saw all of the other complaints on this frequent issue and decided that I would rather wait on the new console launch(series x). I wanted it to work, but I would rather not gamble my my money on an unstable product.
