Had the original and loved the customization. The 2 series has even more! I really like the 3 different trigger settings, for the pull. The tensioners on the joysticks as I have a heavy hand. Been using it for a bit and I really enjoy it! Haven’t had to charge it up yet so the battery life has been awesome! The price tag is my only complaint about it.

Good controller not great. Had some drift that was easily fixed by tightening the stick. But now have a R1 issue in which it is not responding on the first push which is a problem. It was the first issue I had with the elite 1 controller.

Much more appealing versus the previous models. Wireless with built in rechargeable battery with a dock, that you can plug in through the back of the case protecting everything whilst charging

Best part about this controller is the way it’s feels in your hands and the battery life is extremely long. Highly recommended

very comfortable and customizable. love the rear triggers, so its going to be hard using a stock controller anymore. price is great if on sale, wish it had hall effect sticks

I’ve always been a fan of these controllers. Love that you can tighten down the sticks, change how far you need to press the triggers, and also save 3 different settings for games.

Pretty happy with the controller function. The cost was way too much tho. It's a game controller. It was almost $200. I was not happy with opening the box to find there was no controller in the box tho.. luckily i figured that out before I made it to my vehicle and went back in. The best buy resolved the issue for me.. but make sure to check before you leave.

Perfect all the value I expected on this controller

Has a good feel to it and the option to use more buttons are perfect for games.

I bought another one because I do really like them, but the first one I had started to have that right stick drift after a little less than 2 years, which at least on Ark Survival Evolved made the game unplayable with it making my player look straight at the ground constantly even if just standing still. There are plenty of videos online about this issue, (the spraying air and using alcohol "solutions" on some videos did not work) and I can say that from my experience it is real problem and should be unacceptable for the lofty price; MS should at least have a longer warranty for this particular issue.

It was good but doesn’t last long maybe 1 year or less good for gaming love the feeling of the controller smooth and love everything.

I was tired of buying controllers that didn't last more than a year or so. The battery life lasts much longer than expected and I love how customizable this controller is.

Love it and hate it. Physically it's incredible looking and feeling -- just what you would want out of a $200 controller. Would give 5 stars, except that out of the box my A button was less responsive than X Y B, and my right trigger developed a crunching / squeaking noise... which is not cool for a $200 controller. Bestbuy product page states you are buying a Model:FST-00008 version of the controller, and yet I received a Model:FST-00001. So... not sure why that was either, and thus I have to give 3 stars. If you can get one without any issues, or you don't care about the issues I mentioned, then don't hesitate on buying one. Product received via shipping on January 30th, 2021.

This is a great controller. Internal battery is nice. A single charge lasts a long time, the responsiveness is outstanding. I love the hair trigger option and the 3 different paddle setups for different play styles. Its so versatile and easy to switch between console, to pc, and even to my phone during trips. Comes with extra parts too. Definitely a good purchase

This is my very first controller. I can say nothing about other controllers. (Cuz I'm PC Gamer) But I'm really sure this Elite controller 2 feels so good in the hands and the battery life is Awesome. I played 8-13 hours every day for 4 days without charging. (for testing battery). I recommend Elite Controller Series 2 for PC (if you want more challenge) and of course for Xbox

Very neat controller, it is comfortable and has some pretty cool features like being able to decide if the trigger buttons are just click buttons or if you need to be able to feather it. Can also add paddle buttons to the back. My only gripe would be it does not come with atleast a set of paddles to add.

This is the third controller that I bought for my Xbox. It was expensive compared to the other two, but it is actually the best thus far. Very comfortable and the battery life is much better, lasting almost 16 hours. The fact that you can charge it while inside the case is a plus. I highly recommend this controller.
