Awesome color, worth the price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The elite controllers are so great because of the extra weight and the overall feel. Plus the color pops. Worth it if you don’t need the paddles or extra sticks!

BUY THIS CONTROLLER IF YOU WANT MOUSE-BUTTON
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, the stick-drift hasn't killed the first one I've bought. The ability to configure and change the buttons to how you want is great. The mouse-button-click for the triggers are the best for me. And they are considerably cheaper than controllers with the same king of ideas/implementations. I do wish that Microsoft offered more colors than just 3, or the ability to change the faceplates to the color(s) that you'd want.

Very good but very pricy.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works very well and has very good build quality. The paddles on the back make it very easy to keep you fingers on the joystick while using abxy. VERY pricy though. This is a premium priced product that really is not needed for most people.

X Box Elite 2 Great Controller if protection plan
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller but after heavy use buttons can get soft to push along with paddles and stick drift is very common, would definitely purchase the protection plan when pirchasing any controller or heavily used items

Worth every penny
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love the quality of the previous Elite controllers but this was worth the upgrade. The battery life is amazing, the weight is well balanced and does not cause fatigue. The packaging seems hefty but that is because the carry case has a battery charging. Also love that the carry case has a pass through port to charge the controller while having it protected in the case.

Great remote with a few hiccups
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The remote is very good and works great for the most part except every once in a while the X button is a little iffy and when I'm holding x it says I have released the "x" button so I have to restart holding x. Other than that everything works as it should and it is worth it just for not needing batteries

Awesome controller!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the controller. It does exactly what it says and does it better than the first generation Elite controller. Definitely get the replacement plan offered by Best Buy! If you game hard, you won’t regret it. Let’s face it, stick drift and button issues are a real thing no matter how much money you spend!

A beast of a controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely love this controller. I use it for my Xbox but I also use it for CODM on my iPhone, It's a game changer for that game. it has a good feel to it the paddles are in a good area and they are easy to use. I would tell anyone to pick this up if you can it's worth it.

It's was really good.... except
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After months of use I would say that was disappointing a little for the price. I only bought this when I had extra cash and wanted to test a "premium" controller. Control response time was really good, the case is good, alongside the ability to customize anything about the controller. However where it fails is the extra paddles of the controller and even if it's removable. It kinda leaves opening in the back of your controller. Leaving it exposed to dirt and oils from your hands. For people who grew up in the old Xbox era controllers the paddles get in the way more than an added benefit. Otherwise good controller but just a preference issue.

If you like customization, this is for you
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3rd elite controller. This is my 2nd core. After about 18 mos, all xbox controllers experience stick drift if used regularly. This one is no different. The adjustments these allow help diminish the effect over time. Love them and won't use anything else.

Just ok, but had to return 3 controllers
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller is great and works...when you do not get a defective one. We had to go through 3 before getting a good one. Some of the issues are: The A, B, and X button would get stuck. You would press it in and it would stay in. The trigger locks come off. They still work, but the rubber piece came off. The right trigger you would press it in and it would stick randomly. Now the good: *Charging is great. Never a problem. One charge would usually last 40 hours, we've never tested this because we put it on the charger after each use. So, it will last for probably that long. *It feels comfortable in your hand, especially playing long gaming sessions. *It has a long range. You can sit a good distance away from Xbox without any connection issues. *Syncing is great. Never had a problem with that and it is very easy to do.

Quality is solid and the adjustments you can make
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hardware - 5/5 Software - 3/5 Would have been an easy 5/5 overall but the software for windows pc is so lackluster. You have extra buttons on the back of the controller but you cant map them to anything other than standard controller buttons. Even on xbox you can make them open apps or toggle mic etc. Makes no sense they wouldnt expand that functionality on the pc with hot keys or mouse clicks etc. The whole reason i bought it was to use the back buttons for discord push to talk and mute/deafen buttons so when i play games using the controller i dont have to push a button on my keyboard while holding onto the controller. I did eventually get it to work but i had to buy a 3rd party app to do it because microsoft has limited the functionality of what could be super useful macro keys or programmable buttons. Quality is solid and the adustments to thumbsticks and triggers are well designed.
