You can really customize the buttons if you'd like which is great! It has a solid sturdy feel to it and is a little heavier than a normal controller. I hope it continues to work well.

The paddles will change the way you play shooters if you just take the little bit of time to get used to them. The Series 2 controller makes the paddles a bit more tactile and they have more of a click to them. The thumbsticks have 3 levels of tension adjustment to make them feel like a default Xbox One controller, an Xbox 360 controller, or something in between. The bumpers have been improved, and the new grips are built in a way to where they won't expand and fall off like the old version did. The Elite Series 1 controller was the best controller I ever used and my favorite to play with, but this controller has replaced the old version. I would definitely recommend this controller to anyone who enjoys playing competitive shooters and wants to take their game to the next level.

Worth the upgrade

First, it has a jack for any headset rather than just the funky XBox headset. Having the paddles on the back is still taking some getting used to, but it helps you keep both thumbs on the joysticks. Adjusting the trigger pull is something I never thought about, but it has improved my gameplay. Overall, it is much more expensive, but a major upgrade from the original XBox controller. The only downside is the lack of customization. Fortunately there are some wraps and cases you can get aftermarket to truly make this controller your own.

Had to buy a Xbox wireless receiver didn’t work with built in Bluetooth. So if using on pc you will have to buy one. But other than that, it works really good. A must buy. I have about 150 hours so far gaming, no problems.

The best part is the paddles in the back that you can set to be any button on the controller. It’s gives you the ultimate advantage against your opponent!

Love the adjustable to ensuon on the thumbsticks. Feels sturdy and controls are snappy. Shoulder buttons feel a bit flimsy, probably wouldn't survive landing directly on them in a fall, but that is no different than any other MS controller. Handle grips feel a bit sticky, but easy to grasp overall. Battery life is absolutely insane! Used it for 2 weeks on a full charge before it even indicated it was running low. Would recommend!
