Very good Xbox controller. Elite is the way to go!

Excellent controller! Must have over the standard controller which comes with the Xbox.

Saw this controller online and I had to get it because it looks really good and I've heard some good reviews on it. Best Buy Customer Service was amazing. When I arrived everyone was friendly and as soon as I requested my Item they went to go get it fast for. Overall I haven't had any issues and it works well no problems. Product feels good when holding.

It's the best feeling controller to use with paddles and after trying other controllers, it's definitely the best all around.

i wanted elite v1 but thought how $$$ with batteries was a joke but with v2 it has its own battery integrated. I like the feel and the software which you can custom the controller to your style

I found this to work very well with the PC games I use. However there were some automatic features that were enabled that caused pop-ups to occur when I used various control buttons or combinations. It was extremely annoying and game breaking and took time, effort and research to find how to remove the "features" and be able to play how I wanted. Since I got this specifically for the easy compatibility I was quite disappointed. The quality of the controller, fit, finish and feel are all excellent.

Great controller and a must have for hardcore gamers. The battery life is excellent and it is very durable. It is a little heavier than a standard controller.

It has been solid but I already have some stick drift.

Great controller especially if you use additional paddles. However the controller does not seem to last more than a year without starting to develop stick drift and bumper issues. I've been through three controllers in less than 3 years with moderate to heavy use. If you buy a BestBuy geek squad extended warranty, just be aware that if you have to use it, you will have to buy another new policy for the replacement controller. The 2 year policy ends as soon as you use it.

Finally decided to spend the money on a fancy controller. I paired this for my PC and works great. The controller feels high quality and feels great in your hands. Also like the different button options available to customize to your liking.

Love this controller! The weight/balance is amazing. The customization is incredible. Recommend you use the Xbox accessories app (Xbox or PC) to fine tune your inputs. 10/10 would buy again.

I picked up this elite controller after a flood of recommendations from so many sources. I thought it would allow for some macros and other useful things through the use of the paddles but that didn't pan out. I really want to love this thing but it's hard to. The default vibration sounds like it's trying to saw itself in half. But props to them for allowing you to turn that down in the accessories app. You can make some fine tuning to your dead zones and joystick curves there as well. If you drop this controller, you'll get to pretend it's a Mr. Potato head and go hunting for the joysticks and the D pad insert. The levers on the back, as cool as they look, are useless at best and intrusive at their worst. They'd be useful if you could use them to macro together a combination of key presses or if they were a unique button recognized by game developers. But the only control you have over these things is what button to you want it to mimic. Or, realistically, what buttons do you want to accidentally press all the time? The handle grips are great and the triggers are nice as well. I like that the controller came with both a charging dock and a usb-c port. Battery life is good so far. Having the option to pick thumb sticks is a cool feature and one of the few unique aspects I think is actually useful. Being able to pick what Dpad you like is neat, but in a perfect world unless you're playing retro titles or fighting games I think it's of limited use. Unless new functionality gets added for the elite, I personally don't think it's worth it's asking price. I wouldn't buy it again. The elite is no where near 3x as nice as a standard controller but it's certainly 3x the price. If these were half the price, they'd be great.

Has nice weight to it and feels sturdy....battery life is very good. Was a little pricey. Time will tell if it was worth it but I am enjoying it right now.

Premium feel. A bit on the heavier side with the build in battery. Love the removeable paddles and interchangeable thumbsticks.
