Poor quality

On the first one, the up on the left joystick doesn't work. You have to move it around in the up position to get it to move forward. The second one the left bumper started sticking and now you have to press it really hard to get it to work. You'd think for $180 you'd get a quality controller, but it's just a regular junk controller with some extra buttons and grips.

He loved it until it broke and since I did read the reviews before I purchased it, noting the high incidence of failure, we did have the warranty. But to have to replace it after only a month indicates a poorly designed and tested product. Also the warranty can apparently only be used once unless s new warranty is purchased. For another $40.

It conveniently stopped working after the warranty had expired. Bought another one. Guess what. The left bumper stopped working AGAIN and right after the warranty expired. Do not fall for the trap. But I'd forgive that if it wasn't complete garbage. I had to return the first one immediately after opening it (the "A" button didn't work). The replacement had a"barely functional" A button that only activated if you pressed it exceedingly hard. At first I was going to try to just use the paddles underneath and basically not need to ever press the A button. But no I'm not going to spend this much on a broken controller so I took the next one back also
