This one had the same problem occur within a couple weeks. We did not get the insurance this time because the same problem kept happening when it was “fixed”. The right side button at top stops working. Microsoft needs to get their product right. Very disappointing….

If u can deal with a wired controller get the fusion pro its cheaper and sticks feel similar to the regular xbox controller. Paddles are a little flimsy but not really much of an issue.

It randomly disconnects. Best Buy takes returns for 14 days. They directed me to Microsoft. The 1 year manufacturer warranty ran out a year ago! I just bought it 30 days ago! It’s also missing a button cover on the back for the trigger adjustment. Shame on you Best Buy.
