So far, the stick-drift hasn't killed the first one I've bought. The ability to configure and change the buttons to how you want is great. The mouse-button-click for the triggers are the best for me. And they are considerably cheaper than controllers with the same king of ideas/implementations. I do wish that Microsoft offered more colors than just 3, or the ability to change the faceplates to the color(s) that you'd want.

Controller works really well. I play the game a lot so make sure you get the insurance because you have two months tops.

This is my second one of these and i absolutely love it, they feel heavy and well made have had absolutely no issues with them

I love using this controller for campaign games or solo gaming or co-op gaming but for first person shooting or online gaming third person shooting I would prefer the regular control over this

I love never needing to take my thumbs off of the thumbsticks. I solely use this controller for competitive shooter titles, and it works great! The customization is highly appreciated, I’ve tried many combinations already and will continue to experiement. I don’t personally get anything out of the different tension settings, though. The feeling of the controller is pure quality, from the weight, to all the buttons and triggers. I especially love the D-Pads, but for competitive shooters I have almost exclusively used the ‘plus’ D-pad. All-in-all, a way better pro controller than the Dualsense Edge, and on par with 3rd party pro controllers.

It’s amazing been using it for a couple of days and i love it, but if you are a casual gamer honestly I would say dont get it, I play casually maybe three times a week, and even thought it feels nice in hand, it doesn’t really do much of a difference than my regular xbox controller,.

If you are looking for a solid controller this is the go to, also if you have an original elite controller and you break it or damage it the paddles thumb button are all cross compatible with this controller I give it a 9/10

This is the 2nd Elite controller I got within 6 months and the joysticks are sticking again to the point you can't play. For the price, this is a complete joke. It's not a BestBuy issue, but a manufacturing issue. I don't like that I had to pay for a warranty twice ($120) to make sure I can replace again. At this point, I don't want another controller, I just want my money back. Not worth it, look at something else.

The controller is great i like the quick profile change and the weight of it. The extra paddles on the back are a nice addtion compared to only having one set on the ps controller.

Good quality, purchased refurbished can definitely tell it’s refurbished. Not bad tho

This controller is awesome! Very good button and connectivity responses.

It’s a good controller and nice that they offer a cheaper option and other colors but if you want or need the extra buttons/parts it is much cheaper to buy it all together as a kit.

This controller is an excellent controller, and was very long lasting!
