Ive only had regular and a fusion controller but the feel of the elite has been the best. Tightening of the sticks and just the mapping of the paddles love!

Necessary, but not a good value for money. The stock controller hurts my hands, the elite 2 hurts them less, but still hurts them. Xbox still hasn't designed a controller useable in fighting games, the A button and sometimes RB button don't always trigger. The sticks are gorgeous and the dpad is useable. Good build quality and premium feel, great battery life, great little charger and included case. i don't use the rear paddles. I literally got this because the stock controller is super loud, and it bothers me when I use my Xbox while trying to fall asleep. It's still loud, but significantly less loud. The rumble is too loud still thoe. To avoid hand pain, I use a brook wingman adapter with ps4 dual shock controller. For limited, but regular use as a remote for the xbox console, its good. If the buttons were more responsive (A button especially), and if my hands didn't hurt, it'd be a really good controller. I've had to return 3 or so, because the A + RB buttons not working most of the time. Missed inputs unheard of on Playstation controllers, so it's disappointing even the elite controller has this issue. Otherwise, there's a nice premium feel too it, charger and case are good. The grip could be improved, they kinda skimped there. It looks and feels better than it actually is, if that makes any sense.

Awesome love the color, it helps if you already have paddles and thumbsticks that way this is really plug and play since it's a great price.

The only bad thing its that the joystick make a little draft even when they are new

Took me a little bit to get use to it because i grew up on ps controllers but These controllers are on the spendy side but the quality is amazing

Keep in mind that the Elite Series 2 is a premium controller and priced accordingly. If you're a casual gamer, a standard controller may be sufficient. But if you're serious about your gaming and want the best possible edge, the Elite Series 2 is a great option.

Words can't express the quality of this controller. It blows any of the other wireless controllers away with its solid construction. It has metal buttons, interchangeable joysticks and D-pad. You can fully remap the controls plus you get the 4 extra trigger buttons to use if wanted which is sweet. The internal battery is a beast! I charge my controller maybe once a week now versus every day. It really lasts 50 hours+. The grips on the controller work great, plus it's the same size as the standard controllers so it feels right in your hands. Last but not least it comes with a well built, rugid carrying case that can charge the controller while it's inside. This controller is a must have for any passionate gamer! You will not be disappointed!

Always been a fan of these controllers, and this one doesn’t get drift really unlike the black version.

Very expensive but worth it if your playing alot of games. My son loves it for rocket league

Let me start out saying I play Xbox at least 3 hours a day. I am 48 years old and have played on pretty much every system over that timeframe. This controller is the best one I have ever used. However, it isn't perfect. The first one I got right after they came out had an issue where one of the triggers sticking a few months later. I swapped it out using the Geek Squad warranty for a new one. Purchased another warranty, and this one started having movement continue after releasing the right stick, after about a year of constant use. Makes it challenging to play certain games, so I will be swapping it out again and getting another. Buy the Geek Squad coverage. Totally worth it!

I was a bit skeptical on the open box condition but was way more than what i was expecting in terms of condtiion like new amd for a very good price point glad i used best buy as usually do for tech stuff

Worked great for two years but started falling apart after. Now 3 years bumper does work and the hips are coming off
