For the price it's the quality you expect. I've had the elite series 2 controller for years and wanted a second one for my other Xbox. It was an easy choice to grab this one without the need for the complete bundle. My only complaint is that i feel it should include at least one pair of tabs for the back to give you a bit more customization. Understandably it is the "core" version, but if I'm buying the controller for this much, which has the same functionality of a standard controller out of box, i do feel it should include just those two extra items.

Purchased as an open box and couldn't be more satuafied. The controller feels very nice and the little travel case it comes with is also high quality. I use it mostly for my computer but sometimes take it with me to a friends house to use with their xbox.

I have a rare bone disease in my wrist and it constantly hurts... when I play xbox with the standard controller... OMG. I completely stopped playing xbox because after 15 minutes, I wanted to cut my wrist off. THIS controller is a LIFE saver... having the triggers underneath changed my world. The fact that you can swap certain pieces out is cool too. It is easy to map and connectivity has never been an issue. Before my wrist issues, I played with a standard controller and I actually play BETTER with this one... perhaps a coincidence but I LOVE this controller. I have been using the 1st generation and will continue to until it craps out... this one is a back up that I played with for a few weeks to make sure it worked.

This is easily my favorite controller to use, easily configurable, durable, and overall just premium. Customer service was also great as I couldnt find the color I wanted and a service tech helped me out.

I can't even think of a single negative thing to say about this controller. It's basically perfect, feels great in the hand, and has loads of unique and features. I think the three things that really make this controller a "must have" for any gamer are 1) the adjustable inputs/stick tension. Medium and high bother feel fantastic. Normal controllers don't have enough stick tension for me. Setting the triggers to half just feels right. 2) the swappable sticks. The dome top and tall stick combo do actually make a difference for competitive shooters and 3) The paddle placement is perfect. Assuming this controller holds up for a while, and the QC is in shape, I'd highly recommend.

For me the best controller so far. very good build quality and a well-polished design it does feel premium! no problems so far. very pleased.

I’m not an intense gamer with shooters so I can’t fully apeak to the durability issues that others have had but its a solid well built controller & I’m happy with it.

All around one of the best controllers i have used. I love the stick sensitivity. It really helps in any game that requires precise movement.

This is my back up. I am currently on my 2nd elte 2 and got this just in case. Still the best controller you can get for console or PC.

Worth the extra coin if you want a superior controller for Xbox. Nothing else comes close.

I really love the elite controller. Thanks to Best Buy and the Protection Plan I was able to replace my broken controller. Plus I got this on sale. I do love the weight of it and the paddle buttons on the bottom for extra buttons. The D-pad has a nice feel and so does the joystick. I do like the battery life. I myself never ran out of power. It comes with a case that you can sit your controller in and connect the USB-C cable so it can charge inside the case. I love that I can pair this with my PC.

If price was no issue, i would highly recommend this controller every time. I love how everything is so customizable, i just wish the full set of paddles came with it at that price

Worth every penny! This is a great design and the buttons on the back help with FPS.
