Worth every penny! This is a great design and the buttons on the back help with FPS.

I just got xbox elite series 2 yesterday! Love the feel, the extra buttons, and mainly the warranty! I have had issues with thumbsticks / sensors wearing out in the past on regular xbox controllers, but Microsoft's warranty covers it with this controller!!!!! I am so happy and can not wait to really get grinding with this controller! I initially was going to purchase a Scuf, but after a great review I watched on Youtube.com (Scuf vs Elite series 2), I asked to cancel the order and asked for a refund and headed straight to Bestbuy. Even though Microsoft covers it for a year (and you can buy 2 additional years), i opted to by the warranty through the GeekSquad for 2 years, because they would replace it immediately (and i would not have to wait to send the controller in and wait for one to be sent back).

Good controller but only the core you have to purchase attachments to fully utilize all functions.

So so controller. The “grip” feels slick and is already peeling with moderate use. The stick clicks feel unresponsive sometimes and feels off in hands compared to standard controller. I am already experiencing some slight stick drift too and would not recommend buy this to anyone.

This is a great controller. The controls work well and it’s very easy to use. There’s also no delay on the controls.

Overall been amazing controller, sticks are firm the back paddles make it great for fps games.

Great controller if you want paddles. However, it doesnt come with the case or the exta paddles. This is great if you have paddles already and just want a pro controller.

I bought this controller for my grandson birthday and it loved it so much I had to go out and buy one for myself!

This is a great rechargeable controller option for Xbox. I do wish that the paddles were included with each controller. It seems like a miss to charge extra for those on the side. Controller performs well, and had great battery life.

Get the edge over the competition. My only gasp is that it doesn’t come with the alternative buttons for below, their competitors did.

It's the best feeling controller to use with paddles and after trying other controllers, it's definitely the best all around.

Definitely a better controller than what came with the system

The controller feels really good and the chnageable stick are very nice but the controller like any other is susceptible to drift after a while and you would think with how much it costs it would last longer than a normal controller.

Works better than the original controller that came with the series S, we like it a lot.

Great quality controller, if you have the back bumpers already and need a replacement, this is the controller for you.

Solid build heavier the the standard Xbox controller. Customizable to your ply style with 3 different setup settings. Worth the money.

Was a little skeptical at first because it was open box. No problems whatsoever.

I had gotten an opened-box all black one for roughly $60 plus $35 warranty. Easily the best controller for any shooter game or even a regular gamer that needs buttons that are easier to press. My opened box one was missing the usb-c cable but that wasn’t a big deal. The controller functions like it is brand new. Easily the best controller I have owned and when this warranty is over and the controller breaks down the line I will 100% be buying another one!!

One of the best controllers out there, period. Great customization for buttons and sticks. Nice weight and works on almost anything. And remember that your settings are saved on the controller so they travel with you. Downside is that this can only be programmed on a PC or Xbox (as far as I know). The one thing that is bad is that I've had two of these and within 2 years the RB button stopped working on both(this is a known issue) so get a warranty. If Microsoft could fix this it would be perfect (for most)

Knocked off a star because value isn’t great unless you already have accessories. As a controller it works well. I like the color vs. all black.
