Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the Elite Series 2 Core Wireless Controller's high-quality build, excellent battery life, and comfortable grip. Many appreciate the customization options and the controller's overall feel and weight. However, customers are negative about the prevalence of stick drift issues reported by some users, as well as concerns about the durability of certain buttons and bumpers. The positive feedback on features like customization and feel is frequently offset by negative experiences with controller longevity.

Fantastic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easily my favorite game controller out there. Easlily interchangeable with xbox and PC, very long battery life, durable, some customizable parts, and great carrying/charging case. I did have to replace it recently though due to RB button failure. Even with it's extensive use, the failure happened a bit sooner than I expected. These things are pretty well built. Don't think I can ever go back to regular controllers.

Great design should be standard
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the only controller I use now. I buy extra sticks and color matching stuff on Amazon but for any competitive games this helps me not use “claw grip” I am not sure why controllers do not come like this standard though.

Best controller on market but is not consistent.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Iv'e tried just about all the top brand controllers and the Elite Series is in my opinion the best for high level gameplay. However, The life span of these controllers are very short. I have owned about 3 of these and eventually the controller will experience a manufacturer issue. Sometimes, the LB & RB buttons will give multiple inputs or not even execute the command when pressed. The same issue was experienced on all 3 controllers and not very helpful when you send them in for service and they return to have the same problem. Microsoft really needs to fix how they make these controllers and run better test to prevent these things from constantly happening. Best controller, but will probably malfunction eventually.

3 years 3 Controller XP
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had 3 of these controllers Overall performance is solid but has a desync issue every other day, bumper buttons are the most common to break, stick drift doesnt really occur until 3-4 months of use. Durability is very good, and freedom of button layout is comp asf and very helpful for swapping games. Dont recommend using this for fights games.

It's ok.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good controller but the price is outrageous. I'd rather go with the Victrix controller.

Expensive Disappointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always like Xbox controllers since I have bigger hands so they're more comfortable. And this is no exception. However, I've never had a controller get stick drift so fast. That and it sometimes disconnects while in use. Went and bought an 8 BitDo Ultimate instead and much prefer that.

Probabaly the best thing available, but not great
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a total love hate relationship with this controller. I had my Elite 1 for about two years and it worked great but eventualy the Y button failed and the stick drift was so bad that I upgraded to the elite 2. I also bought one for my 9 year old at the same time, within a few weeks my bumper started failing and stick drift was immediate, It has never not drifted, luckily I play war zone so I just adjust the dead zone and it has no affect in game. Unfortunately I didn't get a warranty with that controller so i bought a second one this time from Best Buy so I could get the warranty. Ironically the one that I got the warranty for has held up great with no problems except it also has stick drift...........

Posted .Hello Greg,
We're sorry that there's an issue with your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. The manufacturer's warranty has recently been extended to one year, so if your Elite 2 falls within that period we recommend contacting Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
Hope that helps,

Worth the $
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best controller out there for X Box Series X & S consoles! Tons of customization for the controller. The added details and buttons make it comfortable for hours of gaming. The grip is superb, the interchangeable buttons are amazing. Never going back to the controllers that come with the console. Liked it so much I bought 2 for my setup (bedroom & living room Series X consoles). Also, I like the case and charging station that the Elite has, the ‘Core’ model doesn’t come with it.

Great controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely a fantastic controller whether you’re using it for your Xbox or Pc. Grips are great, its a good feel. Like that it you can adjust how firm the joysticks can be. Adjustable triggers as well obviously. Only negative is that maybe size of my hands but I accidentally hit the trigger switches that control how far it travels by accident sometimes. And the fact it doesn’t come with the case and extra accessories is unfortunate

Honest review.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price, I would get it on sale. I have the core model which does not come with the paddles. The quality of this controller is very premium. The side handles are very grippy. The bumpers and triggers are could be better. There are a little on the soft side. The thumbsticks are very grippy and swappable with other colors. The D-pad is the best. It is made of aluminum and feels so good. I would get another one when the time comes.

Must buy controller - Must buy protection plan
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GET THE PROTECTION PLAN - DO NOT ARGUE This controller is awesome. Takes time getting used to the paddles, but once you do its a game changer. I just recently returned my old one, using the protection plan, and got a brand new one no questions asked. I have had the Elite and now Elite 2s and have used the protection plan for each. Idk how long people would expect these to last, but I can promise you they won't still work perfectly 2+ years and beyond. The ones I returned started having stick draft and the paddles were spotty after about 8-12 months. Not too severe but enough to make you think maybe it's why you died in warzone that one time. It's at That Exact Point, where you will be happy to have the protection plan / a new controller.

Cool remote, but fragile.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the black and the white core of these, both easily get a slight stick drift. But the remote itself feels and looks awsome.

Quality controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it when it has sell. I’m very happy with it, premium built. Feel comfort holding in my hand, easily to reach out all the buttons. Doesn’t make my hand sweet for long time gaming. It would be perfect if it comes with the paddles
