By far one of the Best controllers to have but only come with controller no tabs or spare joy sticks

So far so good. Had my elite 2 for 1 year. Joystick drift made me purchase this version. We shall see how long it last.

Nice, durable controller, definitely get your money's worth, my son ejpys this controller much more then the other brands.

Packaging was good. Product came as described, good quality. Only issue was with delivery through FedEx. It was delivered to a different address, luckily the person walked it over to my house who accidentally received it.

Nice controller. Heavier than the default controllers. Great battery life. Had trouble with my rb button. Return was more difficult than expected. Even as a best buy total plus member, i could only return through microsoft. They did fix and send back though. Seems to be fine so far.

Old Elite controller started getting stick drift, needed a replacement. Great Controller

So far a great buy. Only difference between this and regular elite is it doesn’t include paddles but I’m not a fan of so it’s okay, plus you can buy separately.

Once you use an Elite controller, its a totally different experience. I have bought numerous controllers over the years and I can tell you that the difference is clear with the Elite Series. Love the color options now (This is my second controller)

I grew up a PS fanboy, but I have to give credit where it is due. This controller from xbox is unmatched in battery life (about 10 times its Playstation counterpart), there are more paddles, support for magnetic charging through the case, they are hugely customizable. Finally, they are heavily supported, which is also more than i can say for the ps counterpart. They dont even support their own controller on their own pc app.

The short travel of the triggers is great for FPS. If you take the time to map the buttons, adjust the sensitivity of the thumb sticks, adjust in game sensitivity to match, and then practice, this controller works wonders. If just buying it to use as a controller and never diving into the settings, you're better off saving your money and getting a regular controller. Spend the time with the controller settings on the Xbox and in game settings and you will enjoy using the Elite 2 Controller and never go back. That is the reason the settings are there!!! If you need a starting point, look up what others are doing for a particular game, start there and tweak to your liking,

This controller is the only way to play the Xbox series x. Feels super amazing and the triggers are so fast a responsive.

I love this controller, at first I thought it was too much with all the extra buttons and controls but it gets very easy to use after playing with it for awhile!

Bought over 8 different controllers for my son including the first Elite controller. This controller was a favorite besides the inability to endure the life of a streamer. Bestbuy replacement plan is great and bought two of these controllers so that while one is working the other one can be exchanged, however just like the elite one series Bestbuy goes out of stock on these controllers and there is none to replace it with. For this reason I bought my son the Wolverine Ultimate and it is his new favorite. Bestbuy does not stock this controller though. Only time will tell if it can last longer than 2-3 months. Best controller I've ever owned but left joystick started to experience drifting (although only slightly) after 6 months of use. Was still within warranty so Microsoft fixed it for free.

I have for a long time been very displeased with XBOX controller that were manufactured by Microsoft. You ended up paying a premium price for a product that was anything but. They would malfunction after a marginal amount of time, and even physically break with little wear and tear. The Elite 2 is proving to be a step in the right direction. The premium build quality and vast amount of customizable features make for a very well made, and well conceived controller. USB-C or wireless charging by way of a docking station that is provided are great additions to improve the value. The down side is really the idea that it takes over $150 of a price tag for Microsoft o provide a quality controller option. But at least it's a pretty good one.

High end controller. It does make a difference when playing COD and even regular games. It will be a good addition for the next Tekken 8.

Grandson loves this controller. This one is better made the others he's had.

Controller works great. Bought open box and looks brand new.

Mushy face buttons, mushy trigger even with trigger stop. Quality build, solid feel but razer v3 pro and even the wires tournament edition are leagues above if you want mouse click, instant response on all triggers.
