Great product, quality feel and brings a better gaming experience to the Xbox platform. Purchase this as a gift and can tell you the person who has used it for the last month won’t touch a regular Xbox One controller now lol. This controller has allowed for them to make the needed adjustments to in game play as well as being able to charge the controller (no more battery replacements) and this means no longer using third battery chargers, battery packs and worrying about why they only have 3 - 6 month warranties. This product is genuine Microsoft and is the quality you would expect.

The controller itself is great buy it. What’s not great is having to go to 3 different best buys just so that they can say oh the one we have is a refurbished one and looks like a dog chewed it all up. If I’m paying for a warranty I expect my closest Best Buy to have the replacement not one that’s an HOUR COMMUTE from my house!!! Pathetic!

For being an open box buy, this controller works fantastic! Paddles on the back are fantastic for the extra control slots I use for multiple games. Snag one if you can!

Great controller but only made it 14 months. With my warranty through Total Tech no big deal, but buy the warrant for sure.

Second one I've owned and love it. First one lasted about 6 years before it started to stick in the thumb sticks

It’s what you’d expect from an elite controller but for some reason this one doesn’t come with the variety of customization out the box. So you have to buy separately.

Generally I like it but I found the adjustable trigger on the two shorter settings can sometimes be unreliable. I've had many times I pulled the zoom trigger in Call of Duty and it started to zoom then didnt, leading to lost kills. Not sure if thats a general problem or just my unit. I got this on a good sale, otherwise its too expensive.

What an upgrade from an xbox one controller. A nice premium feel and easy to pair. Also huge bonus that you can adjust the analog sticks in case you have stick drift

This is a hefty controller that definitely feels premium at first touch. Don't let the weight fool you, though, as it's still the same mediocre controller underneath and will suffer from the same points of failure as any other xbox controller. Definitely not worth the price.

If you want to elevate your gameplay get this controller. It’s sturdy, holds a long charge, and the paddles are game changing.

I do love these controllers even if theyre sold at a lessened price for not having the extra accessories. They work really well with comfort grips and access to many functions despite not being sold with the aforementioned accessories. I do hope this one lasts because elite controllers are infamous for not having a long shelf life.

I love the color and the weight of these controllers. They are on the heavy side but I prefer that.

My grandson likes the way the controller feels in his hand when he's playing on the game.

This is my second elite controller. I've had it for a little over a year and the buttons are already going to crap. It gets a three because when it works it's great. However, I wouldn't recommend this controller to anyone.
