The controller works great, if you have a elite 2 controller it’s great as a back up

Great controller, but the service plan is worth the money. If you play a lot you will eventually have an issue with the gimbals, bumpers or triggers. It is definitely a great controller loaded with features that will make you a more efficient player.

Very heavy and sturdy controller, the additional paddles and buttons give it a lot more versatility to manage game play. Everything about it is sleek and high functioning. However there is some joystick drift after awhile and bumpers can start to lose sensitivity so keep in mind

Been wanting a pro controller for a long time was thinking about getting a scuff but couldn't fathom spending that type of money on a controller wasn't sure if I was going to like this cuz I've always liked the PlayStation style controller but glad I made the switch fell in love the first week

Hands down the best controller. Rechargeable by just placing it in its case. Multiple ways to adjust every aspect of the way it works. Trigger pull, dead space, sticks, 5 types of movement speed that can be adjusted and feels great in your hand. I have 3 in their cases so I can just swap them out when ones battery's low.

This remote is awesome. From the interchangable thumbsticks and hair triggers to the completely remappable paddles. Perfect for all types of gamers! You can tell the moment you pick it up this is a quality and durable product! Not to mention the fact that the case doubles as a charger when you set the cintroller inside!

The best controller, beautiful, compact, long battery for play for a lot hours

Bought a second one as a gift for my little brother. He really likes this controller, the way he adjust our and map out or buttons and the back peddles help him and don’t have to play claw anymore lol or complain about analogs been a too small or running out of batteries.

As described, was an open box item but came well packaged and all components in it were like new.

Absolutely love this controller! From someone who has been through many of the standard controllers and never saw a reason to switch, just do it. It is so worth it and adjusting to the paddles is surprisingly easy! Gaming experience has gone to the next level.
