There's not one bad thing I could say about this controller the build quality is incredible the option to change out every single thing on the controller the coolest future ever you can adjust the tension on the phone sticks you have to back paddles on each side that you can control and take off you can set your triggers to Hairpin or all the way push the grip keep your hands from getting clammy its literally the best controller I have ever held. Just put it back in its case to charge no more batteries packs. Its just perfect.

The controller is very sturdy. Feels great in hand. Best controller build on the market by Microsoft. Having this in combination with the Geek Squad protection is 10x better than having a Scuff controller. Cable (USB-C) given with controller is about a 6 feet long. Doesn’t always connect directly with system when attempting to turn on the console from controller. To fix just connect the cable to the console and syncs. Minor flaw but also didn’t attempt to update firmware on controller to see if it remedied the issues.

A bit pricey. But overall, this is a good controller. Grips are textured, and do not feel cheap like some other controllers do. The adjustable thumbsticks are awesome and helped me get my aiming under control. Plus, the thumbsticks do not feel like cheap plastic either. The battery life is awesome as well, plus the box comes with a 10 foot charging cord, just no wall plug. Overall, definitely recommend this controller.

Best controller I've had hands down. Also, without fail, somethings eventually breaks on it. First one it was a trigger, second it was a joystick, third one a trigger again. Get the warranty, it's totally needed.

The right bumper goes bad, this is my 3rd elite 2. I get a year out of them on average. At least now it's a bit less $ without all the triggers and sticks of which I have several sets of. Sending them to Microsoft for repair is a nightmare, and they send you someone else's they fixed. I'd rather save the time and aggravation and just buy a new one.

This controller was an open box/returned item and my expectations were not high. I used my rewards which cover$55. Si, bascially i paid $40 for a decent controller. All the buttons function and it is far better than using any third party controllers.

Feels very solid. I've only used it for about an hour but the quality seems really good. Everything about it just feels like higher quality than the regular controller.

Controller works great for both PC and xbox. Included dock and accessories are a nice added touch. Built in rechargeable battery is a plus. build quality feels very nice, havent had any issues. my every day controller now.
