I'm super amazed at this controller. Received as a birthday present from wife. Apparently the BB employee pointed her in the PROPER DIRECTION... she knows I'm a hardcore gamer and wasn't looking for or needing a typical controller. This thing is a beast! I haven't even begun to exploit the power, but I've built a couple of game specific control schemes and felt the difference in make-quality. The internal battery life (~15-20 hrs) is definitely better than what I've gotten from my recharger packs from Nyko charging base (typically 10+hrs). And looking forward to solid compatibility with Series X systems!

This controller is an absolute game changer. I haven't really been able to take full advantage of its capabilities, but the configurations are unreal. Just the feel of this thing is far more superior than the standard Series X controllers. The price is justified just be sure to purchase this item with Total Tech Membership or a credit card with insurance coverage, to ease the price point sting. If you protect this purchase its definitely worth the price.

Its pretty decent controller. I only got it because it had a rechargeable battery and I had a discount/giftcard for it. I don't see the price tag for what it is, but it's not horrible. I would probably buy it again just for the way it handles though. I like the grips all around. Still need more time to toy around with it.

I bought this to replace my last one which I dropped from head height onto a concrete floor. I now think my last one was faulty, because this one works much better - the buttons are smooth and the controls feel connected to my soul! If you play a lot of games on Xbox, get this - it's really worth it.

I was apprehensive on getting this controller mainly because of the price. But looking at it from a gaming standpoint this controller does make excellent sense compared to the basic controller that comes with the console. Very good and very responsive especially when playing call of Duty so it's something definitely I would recommend if you are a gamer.

A lil pricey but worth it. I got what I look for. I'm a happy dude.

Works well, super customizable controls on PC. Comfortable and really clean.

This product is excellent. I would really buy it again. It's very durable and very sturdy. It still works as if it were the first day.

Microsoft stepped it up with this contoller here are the improvements I really think stand out 1) Grips changed, my last to controllers they came off.. it is different on this one and feels like it will handle the stress of gaming longer 2) Buttons, the buttons feel better, from the lit up Xbox button to menue and ABXYs 3) 4 saved settings for different games, with the light indicator 4) integrated recharble battery and charger in case 5) smaller paddles making them better located for use Still working on cons list but here is the only one I have so far 1) charging cored is a little difficult to feed through the carry case to the charging base.

Like the heavier remote. Wish you could map out the extra buttons for more potential controls like mapping a PC keyboard. Previous owner clearly was hard on their equipment on even refurbished value was 3/5, maybe.

The Elite controller was just as good for sensitivity and control. The handles wore and started to separate from the rubber, so I needed a new controller. I'm not sure what was expected of this new controller, but it does pretty much the same. I do like the idea that it will be compatible with the new Xbox coming in Nov/Dec 2020. The one new feature that is great (so far) is the rechargeable batteries. I would use rechargeables in my old controller, but would have to keep swapping them out. With these, I just use the USB cord which I like a little more.

I bought an openbox controller. I'm not sure I'd pay the full $180 price for one of these, but the interchangable thumbsticks and magnetic D pads are a cool idea. Charges with any USB - C charger. That's nice.

Great controller. Just the same as the Elite 2. Just without the extra buttons which I already have.

Perfect replacement for my original elite series 2. Build quality seems better than the previous, which is nice

My son loved this remote for his Xbox one s. He wanted it so bad. Yes it’s expensive but make sure to purchase the warranty!!!! You never know what could happen!
