This controller is perfect but lacks longevity with normal use. Not a super heavy gamer, maybe 2hrs at a time if that. If it wasn't for Geek squad, I probably wouldn't recommend. I've had 4 so far and have gotten 4-6 months before a button, bumper or trigger starts to malfunction.

Overall, its a great controller but it’s pricey. I love the customization options and the battery life, and I don’t regret the purchase at all. It’s probably closer to worth the 139.99 price I’m seeing it discounted to now If you’re strapped for cash, theres nothing wrong with the regular Xbox controller. If you can afford it but are unsure, it might be worth considering the cost of a battery or two for the regular, and figure out how much all the other extras are worth to you.

I baught 2 of these from different vendors and both had issues with buttons sticking... controller felt great in hand though, abxy buttons felt a little short for me however, almost too low profile for me

Controller is great tbh except it does have some quality control issues. Out of the box when I purchased it 05/2021 the left analog stick didn't really work unless I press really hard. Over time pieces start to just break or become less clicky and effective like my LB button now. If you purchase this I highly recommend getting the protection plan with it because you will need it.

Always get insurance the rb button will give out after 6-8 months if used often

No controller feels as good as this one and the triggers are awesome.

I had the original series 2 for a long time and used it daily without any issues, it eventually wore out as all controllers do and then this was released, so I decided to get it to replace my old one. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it over any off brand Xbox controllers especially if you already have the accessories for it and if not you can get ones in different colors for cheap on amazon.

The function is amazing being able to use the paddles and customization. On that same note the quality is some what lacking as the rest of the elites the rb and lb are always an issue . No stick drift yet after a year …yet
