Very well built controller! Love the different mappable buttons as well as being able to change the color or the Xbox button

Everything feel like good quality. I really enjoy the trigger stops and the extra buttons on the back.

Time will tell on the grips but it’s already way better than the 1rst version with the built in battery and included chargers and a good battery life. While not as precise as I like in the joysticks they are very good. Triggers are great with more adjustability than previous version. Overall I’d say much better deal than version one even though it cost more, if the grips don’t fall off that is, which they shouldn’t.

Love it! Zero complaints, use it everyday, I can’t wait to get a couple more.

Best controller on the market for the price. Its worth every penny. I havent had no stick drift like the regular controllers bring you after a month.

The controller is sturdy, responsive, works great. The new design that uses rechargeable batteries and included charging stand, is a much improved feature over prior generation that used a cable to power the device. Prior design also ran on alkaline batteries, but constantly had to replace them, costly. The rechargeable batteries last long time between charges. No cons with the new design. Little pricey, but worth it. Make sure to purchase extended warranty, helps reduce replacement cost down the line.

Had to purchase this controller twice and here is why. I bought the “Open Box” the is supposedly checked by the Geek Squad. The first controller the right shoulder button was dead. I mean i can check this using the Xbox diagnostics.. so clearly no one at the Geek Squad checked this unit. The next open box in “excellent condition “ was missing the charging cable and not in the retail box. The Best Buy refurb is a joke..avoid it and shop Amazon… they actually check their devices.

If you need a top of the like controller this MIGHT be it. Its good sturdy, long battery, and feels good but it can tend to get stick drift not in the normal way but that the sticks work so well that the slightest touch and youll keep drifting when having your finger rest on it

The bumpers were completely changed and should no longer be a issue like it was for me by returning 3 of the 1st version because of bumpers breaking. Seems the whole casing is made of a high density rubberized plastic so no more problems with grips peeling off. That was a problem I never experienced. Clicky buttons. Some people prefer that, some dont. Im just glad the took care of the cheaply constructed bumpers from the previous version. These bumpers are solid! ALL IN ALL: Great controller. Dont forget to update the drivers.

Overall, this controller plays accurately. light touch.

So far so good. It works nicely. I have had the elite 1 one for years and still works. I saw this one on sale and bought it. It is a night and day difference between the this one and the original elite controller.

I upgraded from the Elite controller version 1... I love the textured grip where your palms rest, as well as the additional accessories you get vs the Series 1. For example. there's now a 360 style pop on joystick that's noticeably bigger/rounder than Xbox One's and I LOVE IT! I've missed the bigger/larger sticks so getting this back is welcomed. I just wish they'd make the 360 larger sticks with the textured grip on the rim of it like the Xbox One's sticks so I could have the best of both world's lol. No complaints though!

Very nice controller! Good response and love the multiple options for the paddles. Has an ergonomic grip and nice texture. The case is nice as well.

I returned my Series 1 multiple times to Microsoft for grips that kept falling off. I bought Series 2 and am glad they fixed all the mistakes made with the first edition. This model has a built in battery that lasts over 35 hours on a single charge (Been playing Borderlands 3 with it since Christmas) and the grips are no longer glued but a part of the controller itself. It's more expensive than Series 1, but that's because of the amazing built in battery. Strongly recommended if you're a hard core gamer that plays a ton!

My son absolutely loves this controller! It was a birthday present, and worth every penny. Hearing him get excited over all the stuff it enabled him to do was awesome!!!! You can feel the quality by holding it!

This was a great replacement for my broken controller. There have been no issues so far and it works how its supposed to. I use it for use on the computer and would recommend if someone needs a good controller.
