With simple use, nothing out of the ordinary, it lasted for about a year. The rubber sides started peeling away and it also began having stick drift. I wouldn't recommend spending this much on a controller that won't give you much in return.

Right off the bat, the controller feels more thought out. The grips feel nice. The built in battery is a huge plus. USB-C is the natural progression and the fact that it will be compatible with next gen/Project Scarlet is HUGE. The paddles aren't as large, so they feel more organic.

Only issue is the biggest of them all !! Stick drift - elite series 2 , Microsoft charges 200+ and hasn’t resolved the issue, 2cd controller in 2 yrs - get the geek protective insurance

Although the durability is horrible, everything starts to wear down, even the trigger locks. Although they did increase the base warranty to a full year so that’s why I made it a 4 star.
