Excellent product for the price. All you need to complete the purchase is the travel case and the paddles if you find a game that you would use them on.

Great instant triggers and sticks. And it has Bluetooth with the new update for many devices and amazing software with nice shortcut custom buttons on the back.

Plain and simple. Quality, performance, and ease of use is 10/10. absolutely no issues with it! No drifting issues like the last gen. And it comes with Bluetooth, wireless dock and usb C! I cant ask for much more, maybe a white collor!

This is my favorite controller, the buttons feels amazing, and the grip is just great for comfort.

The controller is pricey but honestly worth it with the paddles and interchangable thumbsticks and i like that you can switch the color of the xbox logo

so good , i bought two of them. just make sure u take care of them they are very delicate when it comes to greasy foods as of course all other controllers but it's not worth doing it to this once

I purchased this controller for Cold War and to be honest I love the quality of the controller but the buttons feel cheaper but other then that the paddles feel great and has a good grip on your hands

This elite serie 2 is another experience easy to understand & configuration u 3 differents setup me have 1 for apex legend 2 for cod, ect great quality and battery last 4ever price worth it.

If you dont havw warranty from bestbuy dont bother buying this controller worst controller known to mad kind dont trust anyone thay writes these fake reviews controller comes from xbox with stick drift then rubber starts peeling then lb button stops working then the A button gets stuck. See the pictures for what Best Buy considers "open box - good condition." 1. literally missing all accessories 2. packed in a brown box and shrinkwrapped so tightly that the sticks were mashed down 3. all scratched up 4. rubber grips filled with some crust substance. Food? earwax? This was such a waste of my time. Going to the store, waiting to pick up the order, inspecting it, then having to immediately do a return, which took 15 minutes because the pickup had to "process in the system." It took two employees to figure out which buttons to press to undo everything. They suggested I just leave as it would "take a while" and I should just leave my $80 in limbo. I guess there's a reason it was so cheap...literally disgusting, and the employee at least offered me hand sanitizer after I handed this disgusting thing back across the counter. This will be my last "open box" experience with Best Buy.

Great controller! It’s comfortable to hold, and the customization is outstanding. The case is super nice, and so is the charger.

Has long battery life, love the different colored home buttons, endless combinations with the controls, and a long charging cable
