The product was so good right out of the box it had a lot of battery in it and I haven’t needed to charge it with the wireless charger it comes with that pulgas into the case. That being said I would upgrade If you have the series 1!

Bought over 8 different controllers for my son including the first Elite controller. This controller was a favorite besides the inability to endure the life of a streamer. Bestbuy replacement plan is great and bought two of these controllers so that while one is working the other one can be exchanged, however just like the elite one series Bestbuy goes out of stock on these controllers and there is none to replace it with. For this reason I bought my son the Wolverine Ultimate and it is his new favorite. Bestbuy does not stock this controller though. Only time will tell if it can last longer than 2-3 months. AWESOME controller, when it works... I've gone through a few of these. First one had stick drift, 2nd one would disconnect randomly while playing. I would 100% suggest getting the Geek Squad warranty.

Great controller, I use it for my pc. Still learning all the buttons but great purchase.

The elite series 2 has solved all the issues from the original. The analog stick tension adjustment is the best feature. Overall the controller is well build and feels solid. I am happy with the internal battery life as I go weeks between charging.

Solid controller definitely an upgrade over the previous generations and feels sturdier.

The short travel of the triggers is great for FPS. If you take the time to map the buttons, adjust the sensitivity of the thumb sticks, adjust in game sensitivity to match, and then practice, this controller works wonders. If just buying it to use as a controller and never diving into the settings, you're better off saving your money and getting a regular controller. Spend the time with the controller settings on the Xbox and in game settings and you will enjoy using the Elite 2 Controller and never go back. That is the reason the settings are there!!! If you need a starting point, look up what others are doing for a particular game, start there and tweak to your liking,

It was a replacement after the first one after many years of use broke down. It works great! Handles well!!

Excellent controller. Different length sticks help a lot with different types of games for aiming and such. Solid and quality feel. I tried oan evil controller but it felt cheap and flimsy by comparison.

Love it. Lame it doesn’t come with all the bumpers for the extra buttons. That “kit” is another $50 or junky stuff on amazon
