And those paddles are NOT supposed to be already inserted but in the holder in side the case with all the other attachments so now I dont know what I can do to replace it since the store is still closed due to the pandemic going on!!!! I would never buy any thing ever again thru best buy's web site ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredible controller with terrible build quality

However, I am needed to replace the controller again after having button issues and stick drift issues. I always take great care of my tech so these widespread mechanical issues are a damper on an otherwise great controller. Definitely get the Best Buy replacement warranty for this one.

It feels good to use it and the bottom triggers make a difference. I didn't notice much difference between the series 1 and series 2, so I don't know that it's worth paying to replace if you own one already.
