I bought my elite series 2 on open box(condition excellent) which means it should be like new but opened. My rating is not for the controller itself but the condition it showed up in. Controller works great but when I got the controller it was dirty and clearly BB’s inspection team did not clean the controller before shipping. It had dirt or possibly chocolate on the rubber grips and in the controller creases. All of the thumb sticks were dirty and the controller is already a finger print magnet but it had greasy stains on the surface. Once I connected the controller and verified everything functioned properly I cleaned it myself like new. I’ve bought plenty of open box items from BB this was the first time I received something in that condition.

Love it! I was between this and a SCUF controller. This is the much better option in my opinion especially for a $50+ difference ( i got it for $158 and got the extended replacement and was still cheaper and my feeling is much better built.) The case that comes with holds the extra parts and charges the controller.

You'll be doing yourself a favor by getting this controller. A bit pricey, but in my opinion, definitely worth it. Custom settings for all buttons. I use it on PC and Cloud gaming on my Android device. Highly recommend.

Best controller on the market and I’ve tried quite a few. I enjoy the accurate and tight control playing COD. This is my third purchase. These controllers aren’t built to last imo. Performance seems to falloff after three or four months of casual pay. I’d recommend getting a warranty so you don’t have to keep replacing it.

Did not regret this purchase I have been using this controller for a long time

This is my third elite controller. They last about 1.5 years with daily use. If you have the only black one get this, move your paddles over and save money.

Bought the elite series 2 Xbox controller for only 80 dollars because it was an open box. When the controller arrived the condition was excellent.

This is my 1st Elite controller and I have only 3 words to say.....I'M LOVING IT!!!!! Played Madden 23 and Halo and this controller was SMOOTH AS BUTTER.

Great controller, only problem I have with these Xbox and playstation controllers is drifting on the PlayStation and the RB and LB on the elite controller sometimes are non functioning. Had to buy a new one.

Amazing controller 10/10 would recommend. I use it for Apex Legends and it makes everything so much easier to move

Sweet controller and color way with the red and black Confused on why the joysticks and directional buttons are magnetic.

Bought it as an open box but it works perfectly. Love this controller so far. I haven't used all the features yet but it's definitely worth the price.
