Best buy exchanged it, and the new controller works well. I do find it insulting that a controller at this price point does not come with paddles. Seems very “nickel and dime”

The A button is not responsive, the RB button either doesn't respond or it double presses when you tap it. Trying to get a replacement with my replacement plan is a nightmare since its never in stock in store and customer service can't help me either.

Another down side it doesnt come with the case or paddles other than a bit on the pricey side

A button sticking, brand new out of the box.

Considering this is nearly a $200 controller and also spending $60 for a 2-year replacement plan. Now I'm in question if I take this back to return and get my money back, I'm out the $60 I spend on a replacement plan. If I take this back on the 2nd day of my purchase, will I be able to get my complete refund back (including the money I spent on my 2-year replacement plan)?? For anyone that is looking for a pro-quality controller, this may fit your needs but with the huge amount of complaints and findings of other folks having the same issue as me with the A button sticking, I would recommend getting something else, like a Razer controller.

If it's still within Best Buy's return period, you should be able to exchange it without using your replacement plan. If that's not possible, you may also be able to have it serviced through Xbox Support under its manufacturer warranty.
