Worthless after 2 months

The right joystick, which I never use, spins freely when centered, and gets stuck when I move it up. Microsoft warranty is worthless as it costs $49 for shipping and parts. It lists specific parts but I don't even know if that will fix it. This is the most I have paid for a controller and have been very careful with it. My old, generic XBox controller lasted for years.

From different trigger sensitivities, To back button mapping. This controller does it all. Bot to mention it comes with a really nice carry case and a magnetic charging base or simply used the cable that comes with it. All around good buy for anyone who games casually to the more advanced player. Good job Xbox

Amazing… But..

Thought it was the best controller I’ve ever used. Now on June 4th 2022 the right stick just stopped working. It’s past the exchange period so now I have a 220$ paper weight. I only play games on the weekends so at most it’s in use 16/hr a week. You can do the math. Maybe you will get lucky with your purchase.
