My 2nd controller already

It's almost as if you have to press the button with a bit more force for confirmation, which is a no go for me. I googled this issue, and others are having similar problems. I didn't get the Best Buy warranty the first purchase, but got it after my first exchange because I don't want to take a chance with a $180 controller that was poorly made. I highly recommended the warranty, or just wait for Microsoft to improve this product. On a side note, the original Elite Series was perfect, and it still works despite the joystick cover wearing off after years of use.

Played a lot of hours and eventually wore out the coating on a thumb stick. This is similarly nice and expensive feeling but has usb c for faster/easier charging and it also has Bluetooth. This is especially nice for use with a PC because you don’t need that adapter that older Xbox One Controllers needed to pair with a gaming computer. It will also work with the upcoming Xboxes for this fall so your purchase is future proof.

Awesome Controller

The buttons are smooth and the paddles on the back are actually indescribable. The motion feels so smooth and the D Pad is perfect. The D Pad is why I bought this remote. I play Mortal Kombat and it’s so much smoother.
