Great deal for an awesome controller

Only gripe i have is the charging case doesnt work as well as i would like but its not an issue i would remove a star over. Charges great through the controller and all the different sticks and d pad are easy to swap out and use.

This fits my hand better, has more personalization, and is rechargeable. I am concerned that the battery is not replaceable, not only for longevity, but on those long gaming sessions. Time will tell if the battery will outlast my ability to game for extended hours. Bought the extended warranty just in case this has similar problems with the bumper buttons or joystick drift over time.

Best Controller so far

Well worth the premium if you use a console controller frequently. I will say the triggers aren’t adaptive but manually modified so I’d love to see Microsoft’s take at adaptive triggers. Sony had a good idea but I don’t believe the execution was the greatest and would love to see it make its way towards Microsoft’s design.

Maybe Not So Elite

There was stick drift on the right analog stick after a few months and then the Rb button stopped working. Then the paddles starting having problems and wouldn’t work. The controller does feel amazing and I wish it was perfect but for the money I would just go for a regular Xbox controller.

Being able to adjust the tension on the analog sticks and change to a short tigger pull for semi-autos is amazing. I had the first Gen Elite Controller and the right bumper keep breaking, but the new one is flawless. I took out the bestbuy 2 year warranty since I was paranoid of 1st gen issues. You can't go wrong with this controller especially if you find it onsale.
