Never ever have I had such a weak controller. Other than that the controller is amazing I wish I could have kept it unfortunately it's not worth constantly returning and buying 50$ warranties every time it breaks. Microsoft really needs to just scrap this model and revise it. The main thing they need to focus on is making the tumbstick mechanisms more durable. It really saddens me that I wasn't able to keep this controller. It was hard going back to a standard controller without paddles.

Sadly when i got the controller it was damaged but the amazing bestbuy service counter ordered me a new one. The customer service was absolutely amazing.

Great controller poor parts

Thank goodness for purchasing the protection plan from best buy got my controller replaced no cost. Yes I got a new plan for the new controller.
