For the price these controllers have, there should be quality control! Don't believe me? Just browse the internet and you'll see how many people have issues with sway and bumpers. I though the elite would be higher quality. I was wrong.

Only time will tell as the Series 1 tended to fail after months of use with the grips separating and I list sound output from the ports. So far so good and I am pleased with the improved version.

Great controller- Don’t buy it from Best Buy

But trying to purchase from Best Buy was a nightmare, especially online through the app. I was charged 2 times, sent 2 controllers, then a 3rd was ordered and lost in the mail... was charged 3 times for one controller.... I’ll never use Best Buy online again.

It is making a noticeable difference in my gaming. Training myself to use it has been a different battle. Noticeable issues are the occasional missed press. When the remote has been dormant for longer than 10+ seconds, it seems to need a second press to engage.
