Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the product's great overall performance, impressive battery life, and extensive customization options, along with its comfortable feel and good weight. However, a significant concern among users is the prevalence of stick drift and issues with button quality, particularly with the bumpers and A button. The price is also a point of hesitation for some.

Overall, I am enjoying this controller. My only problem with it is that the paddles don't give me a steady stream of shots in my games. Even when I hold the paddles all the way down, it still has a significant stutter effect when I'm shooting my weapons in The Division 2.

    $200 for bootleg QC

This is my second Elite 2 since its launch and this one also has different issues from the first I had to exchange for quality issues with the triggers. This one has an RB that sometimes doesnt register or registers two inputs instantly. As well as an X button that has become spongy over time, Which has never happened before on any controller Ive had, Its not cheeto or dorito ingress. And multiple attempts at compressed air has yielded no improvements, I can only chalk this up to manufacture defects. As to the one this replaced, It had an LT that would get stuck on 0% depression until "Broken" through with unnatural force. As if some component within was brushing against the trigger housing. $200 for a premium product with magnitudes worse QC than the standard issue controllers. And this is just a repeat of the Elite 1. Microsoft outdoing its premium product quality flops yet again. At least the rubberized grips dont slough off after a few months like the first one did.

Worked well while it lasted. I only play rocket league on pc with this controller and legitimately I’ve always taken care of my stuff but these controllers break probably within a year on average for most. My thumb sticks are the only reason I’m now on my 4th controller and it’s out of hand. But while it works it’s great!

Coming from a 2080 super I'm a little surprised, I thought it was going to be much more impressive. The biggest difference I see is in the frame rate which is obviously a big deal.

Started off great super responsive pedals, triggers and smooth feeling on sticks. But after about 5 hours of gameplay it started having input issues. Itd have stick occasionally input the direction opposite i moved it, prolong button inputs from taps to 3-4 second holds randomly, and randomly input bumper triggers. This happened accross mutliple controller profiles, games and even after reinstalling drivers. Was very disappointed as its unusable now.

I had an old original Elite 2 so I just use the knobs and D pad from that set. It does feel a bit different than my old one but I think it's just the breaking in period. I am used to it now and I love it as much as my original.
