I love this controller over my ps5 controller ive been using on my pc. The grips and feel justify the price in my opinion.

I got excited when I saw that I could get an elite controller in a color other than black, but was immediately disappointed when I realized it did not come with paddles. Hello XBox, the entire reason people purchase these is for the paddles. I was fine having to buy a new one every couple of years, but buying an "accessory kit" separate is a joke and really shows that you do not know your customers at all.

I had the first version and enjoyed it enough to move to this new version. I find it to be more sturdy and love the built in battery. Being able to use the case as a charge as well is a nice to have.

A fantastic controller, but has difficulty syncing with the Bluetooth on my computer for some reason. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.

I love this controller its modularity is a game changer. Microsoft did a great job with this controller.

I like it, not sure if it's worth the price, I do love that all the pieces come off and the paddles make playing a lot of games easier

I don’t write reviews for anything but I felt the need to write one about this controller. The first one I bought had some weird glue-type stuff on the joystick so i returned it for another one that had a joystick that stuck to the sides right out of the box. Reviews online state that these basically always break within a year and with the cost of this controller being $130, there is just no reason to get this.

We’ve had to change it every year and buy the insurance bc we know it’s going to break, but other then that it works pretty good. Insurance is to high on it.

Good controller for the price but understand if you are a heavy gamer, you will probably be needing a new one in about a year.

I order a used controller in good condition, missing parts one but that’s fine I don’t care about the attachment pieces, what do they send me? A totally different one that is supposed to be in better condition. Why am I complaining? Because the controller that’s in “great condition” is broken and badly stick drifts along with the rubber grip peeling up in the corners.. honestly this company is a massive pain to deal with so I just took the loss. NEVER SHOP WITH BEST BUY. Also not to mention they broke my car in geeksquad and it took them a year to pay me for the damages but that’s a whole different story.

Excellent controller. Solid build quality and extra features. Very pricey but worth it if you play of lot of games with controller. Super quick shipping from Best Buy

This is the second of these controllers we purchased for our grandson, this time we got the warranty plan... Evidently, it's all the 15 year olds want to use and are sold out most places.

this is my first time using this xbox controller, its feels weird at first but then not so bad tbh. i like that it has multiple attachments to the controller.

Some units come broken, but at the store and check all the joysticks and triggers etc before you take it home. Great otherwise.

Great sticks! And fair price point even with buying the kit for extra paddle's and such.
