controller does what it says it does. wish it had more customizability but other tham that no conplaints

I have owned 2 Series 2 Elite Controllers. Both stopped working about a year and a half later with light use. In both my cases, the controlllers will just turn off randomly, whether it is plugged in or not. Also, the sticks will bounce back a bit. For example if you push a character in a certain direction, then let go of the stick, the stick will bounce in the other direction, making your character face the wrong way. It is frustrating. You can look up other complaints of shoulder buttons stop working, stick drift, etc. I really want to like these controllers, but they should be MUCH better built for $200. Do Not Buy.

For the price of this controller, I'm honestly let down and disappointed. After a month of regular use, this controller came down with a very unfortunate stick drift on the left-joystick that now makes it almost impossible to use. While the quality of the build is top-notch, the lack of joystick durability brings this controller from a 5-star product to a 1-star in my eyes. If you do purchase this controller, be sure to get a warranty alongside it as the stick drift issue is not a rare one.

I love how the material fits in my hands, sleek design, and I love being able to change the Xbox logo to other colors

Overall, great controller like the back triggers being customizable and removable if needed.

Absolutely worth it. First elite series I’ve had. Saving button mapping profiles allow for complete customizations for different games.

I bought an open box version. I am glad to have the Elite 2 it has nice improvements over the Elite 1.

Feels great but prone to breaking. RB only registers 1/5 depressions.

Its nice that its a wireless charge but the controller lags out and thinks the controller is disconnected in the middle of playing which is kind of annoying.

Had a really bad drift. We ended up having to purchase another one and the new one from Gamestop has no issues.

Great controller, especially for its quality and hand feel. I love its customized button and the vibrate it performs for certain games like Need for Speed.

The controller is cheap - feels like it is made from hollow plastic. The PS5 controller is 100 times better if you are looking for a controller to play PC games.

Great remote fast responsive great feel won’t disappoint.

The premier “pro” Xbox controller, however they are continually plagued by bumper malfunctions. If had 3 over the past 4-5 years, however no other controller comes close to feel. I recommend getting the year warranty as I’ve needed to swap them almost yearly with fairly heavy use.

Adjustable triggers are wonderful and the texture if the controller itself is awseome, especially if your hands are moist.

Best controller on the market, with plentiful options

Its a well built controller, but, It has a pretty big delay in responding and the left joy stick didn't click down like its supposed to right out of the box.
