Great at first but flawed over time

I have been thru 3 in the past several years. 2 elite version 1's and about to return version 2. Make sure you get a protection plan on these. Due to all these controllers becoming prone to controller drift. Hints why Microsoft extended the warranty on them due to the class action lawsuit.

I have bought many of these controllers. Have never had these kind of issues. Anything ranging from Rb not working to both joysticks not working.

The Gen 1 version of this controller broke every 3-6 months. Bumpers and buttons would literally fall off. I replaced it with this one, and the first one out of box had a bad thumbstick. The second one, which I'm now using seems solid. Feels great to use but the durability leaves a lot to be desired.
