Great controller for gaming. Padels not to sensative like the first serious, and no problems with anything

I wanted to love it, coming from the series 1 this is absolutely disappointed i had to return over 6th of them, the reason is Bottom A gets stuck and not registered, i wished if they managed to fix this problem but it seems it's to late.

Good control and comfortable. I had to exchange my 1st controller due to a faulty trigger.

As the title says so far so good. Haven't had any issues with buttons sticking or connectivity. But only time will tell. :)

Xbox elite controller is one of the most versatile controllers out there

This is a beautiful controller. Great build, heft, back button placement, swappable buttons, etc. The big issue for me was that the A button got stuck on three different controllers almost immediately. It was bad enough that I couldn't keep this controller and returned for a razer wolverine ultimate. I had purchased microsoft complete as well but after thinking it over the chances seemed too high that my replacement (after warranty period) would probably have the same A button issue. I didn't want to risk it for such an expensive controller. The overall build and comfort is so great on this controller but the A button issue is a huge disappointment and seems simple enough for microsoft to address. It is a shame they can't figure that part out.

Loose sticks and stick drift out of the box, bumpers wouldn't register. Paddles are nicer, but that's really the only improvement I noticed. Series 1 was way better.

This review is not about the controller but about the service from best buy. I purchase this controller has an open box excellent condition. My order arrived late and the controller was not in excellent condition, it had marks and scratches all over it and the RB button wasn't responding I took it to my local store to get it replace because I had bought the 2 year warranty and I called customer service and they told I could take it to my store and get it exchange. After arriving at the store they told me they can't replace the item because they dont have any open box to replace it with and they can only refund the item and the warranty only allow replace if there is an open box to replace it with and i would have to call customer service if I want a discount towards getting a new one and I have call customer service over 5 times and transfer over 10 times to be hang up on are told they're sorry there isn't they can do but refund the money.

Very well built and works seamlessly with the Xbox.

Is good quality good price my son loves good color

Modifications are great and the color changing logo is a nice touch.

Best gaming controller I’ve had other brands nothing compared to this elite
