A great controller while nothing is broken. Even with lite use, some part always seems to break. I am on my second elite now.

Great controller love the versatility and the rgb on the power button

I'm only giving this 1 star because I bought an open box that was supposedly in good condition. Got it and opened it, it was dirty and didnt work very well. Tried doing the adjustments recommended on xbox support and still not working well. I've purchased open box before with no issues and I assumed this was tested before being put back up for sale. Now, it's nowhere in stock within 250 miles of me so we have to wait so I can buy new instead and be able to use a gift card I had used with it. Not recommended to buy open box!

I recently bought this controller for the xbox as an open item, the ticket said it was in excellent condition and that means that it works and looks like new, I purchased it at a nearby Best Buy and took it home, when i opened the item it looked like a dog chewed on the controller plus several items were missing, I tought to myself that maybe i made a mistake and it was a way more than poor condition item, it was actually an item that shouldnt have been sold, on top of that the controllers serial number didn’t match the box that it came with, so someone swapped the boxes or the controller in the store and they put it on the sales floor like it was all good. Im not saying that all the open box items are messed up, im saying that a big company like Best Buy should have their employees retrained and pay close attention to what they are putting on the sales floor and don’t accept any trade-ins that are in horrible conditions.

First controller had issues, 2nd one is fine. I'm not sure about the quality of this controller, it seems good but not at the same time. If you get it get the warranty.

At this point, I've been through about a dozen Elite Series 2 controllers. Every single one of them has stick drift out of the box and I have video to prove it. The thumbsticks are fundamentally flawed. Xbox needs to go back to the drawing board and finally release a premium controller with hall effect sensors. Although this controller seems to be well built and every other function is great, the thumbsticks are the most important aspect of a controller since they are used to aim. This drifts so bad I cannot recommend this controller.

I love how it feels, easy to connect, and wireless. Charging is easy, no batteries required.

I've always liked elite controllers and best buy makes it very easy to buy one.
