First controller: right stick very slightly off center towards the left. Faulty A button and wouldn’t register button presses on occasion, and require extra force to register unlike all the other buttons and my other controllers. Second controller: the connect button is rattling under shake or vibration like it’s missing a damper. Microsoft is terrible with hardwares. Best Buy customer support was very helpful.

For a controller this expensive there shouldn’t be this many issues. It was just outside of warranty so now I have to pay $80 to have it repaired…
