Would be better with some of the sualsense edge features

I bought an excellent condition and it cames with white stains on the hand grips. I had to personally clean it was for a gift for xmas thankfully i checked before giving it out to him. Double check even with excellent condition.

I bought an open box version of this product. It had not been inspected by best buy personal, stick drift was insane as if someone bought a new controller and returned their old in the new box.

Overall I like the feel and functionality of the controller. However the bumpers have problems and the right one won’t register. As well and you have to press super hard on the face buttons to register.

Great controller, has great grip and easy to use with ease

2 controllers, 2 duds. The first one had a bad y button. The second one had a bad x button, bad y button and a bad top back right hand paddle button. Unbelievable.

Advertising and Promoting for SCUF Gaming from 2011-2019 I have play tested and used and my fair share of modified controllers, in which SCUF controllers and Elite controllers have lots of similarities. I by far approve of the SCUF elite series controllers and would highly recommend purchasing one, especially if your a competitive gamer

Great feel in the hand and I don’t play with anything else

Listen to the reviews this controller is terrible I received two of these controllers because the first one came broken straight out of the box and the second one had the same problem maybe I just got unlucky but I would say don’t take the chance at all

No exchangeable products in stock. Had to get a regular controller and was refunded remaining balance with store credit. . . Guess I can use that to buy 2 more regular controllers?!? Unacceptable. Should have been refunded in cash. Also, lost my two year geek squad warranty because it only applies to the product that THEY DON’T HAVE IN STOCK ANYWHERE. Very unethical to provide an inferior product in exchange, give the remaining balance in store credit, and to eliminate the remaining year and a half in my protection plan because YOU do not have the same product to exchange! Also, don’t give me this BS about “We cAn’T fOrEsEe tHe SuPpLy FrOm ThE mAnUfAcTuReR”. Honor your protection plan, and if you are unable to do that, at least reimburse in cold hard cash. SMH

I normally don’t do bad reviews and I had really high hopes and excitement to finally have an elite controller but after 2 months of careful usage my controller would not turn back on after disconnecting due to inactivity. Tried everything I could to get it to turn back on. Did a lot of research and unfortunately only found 1-2 other people with the same issue and they were able to get it to turn back on just by leaving it connected to the Xbox with the USB-C for 10-12 hours. Unluckily mine would not turn on even when plugged in. The indicator wouldn’t turn on either and all I could hear was a low buzzing noise from the controller when holding the Xbox button. You would think that after spending almost $200 on a controller you would have minimal issues with it. After doing research on the controller I’ve seen many people having problems with unresponsiveness. I was left disappointed after having to send it away to get it replaced by a different pre-owned (most likely faulty) controller. Luckily I had 2 weeks left on my warranty and now I’m left impatiently waiting to get my replacement. We shall see how this ordeal goes. (Will update once I receive the replacement.)

Severe Left Stick Drift no more then 6 weeks after purchase. From past experience it's still an on going issue with these elite controllers so much so that Microsoft now has a 1 year warranty over the 90 days they used to give you. I always purchase these with a BB Replacement plan and have used that quite often. But even with Replacement Plan the stores always have them out of stock.

I like the halo one better but this one is just so pretty

Personally, I've experienced the A button sticking and inconsistent bluetooth connectivity with PC. I have also read issues with the right stick drifting when neutral. For a premium controller that costs almost as much as a console, this is inexcusable. Returning and trying my luck with a normal Xbox controller.
