Open Box Is Trash!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the “open box” version in store twice. Both were marked as “excellent condition” with all accessories included. The first one was missing the charging block. The second one has a broken right bumper. I’m 0 for 2. They’re doesn’t seem to be any quality control and they’re definitely not tested before being resold. Beware of the open box controllers!!

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller broke within 3 months, it would power off suddenly while playing. I had geeksquad and returned it and got my money back because they were out of stock and could not get a new one.

Horrible Purchase
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased few months ago online as a “open box certified inspected” worded perfectly to give buyers ease of mind upon purchasing. Few months down the road remote fails was told to go threw manufacture and was told when I purchased warranty was almost expired 150.00 down the drain NEVER AGAIN.

Best Xbox style controller?
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. Only have had the controller for about a week but all the buttons works, charging cradle inside the case is awesome, fits like a glove

Great buy but little pricey.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its on pricier side but absolutely worth for the money spent on it. The extra triggers help a lot and it feels sturdier then regular xbox controllers.

Very Dissapointing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller was a large let down for me on PC, the 4 paddles on the back of the controller only let you remap buttons and cannot be their own buttons. The software is garbage, it only lets you remap buttons when your controller is pluged in and your controller will hard disconnect whenever it is unplugged. Not worth the money at all

Elite Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pricey but worth it for FPS and and other games where quick triggers are needed or want more control with the use of paddles.

Unresponsive "A" button
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first Elite controller did me good and lasted 5 years before I started having sticky buttons so I decided to go with the Elite 2. After reading many negative reviews, I figured what are the chances that I'll get one too....oh boy. I played my first game and I noticed I wasn't jumping at times and yup, my "A" button was not registering. It's a hit or miss and depends on the angle if that makes sense. Really nice controller but not worth the $180. Boys and Girls please listen to the reviews. You will get a faulty controller out of the box!

Awful reliability. Base xbox controller hardware.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Expensive controller but lacking build reliability. The bumper press is registered using a flimsy piece of plastic and a very janky tactile switch setup involving an odd piece of film. Many users report having to replace switch and bumpers conatantly. Repairs are doable but then you are no longer covered by warranty. If you want a controller for pc gaming just get a ps5 controller. Returned firs
