    This a good controller, much better than the stock versions. Ther bumper buttons will still wear out though.

    Awesome product with everything needed for better gaming experience. I would recommend to anyone with Xbox series x to get one asap.

    DO NOT BUY! They are advertising the FST-00008 model but what you actually get is the FST-00001 model which is riddled with bugs and issues. Get it from Microsoft directly and BUY the EXTENDED WARRENTY.

    Excellent up until the thumb sticks seize. Coupled with controller drift, I’d recommend buying two normal controllers over one of these.

    I bought 3 of these controllers under the open box-excellent condition. All 3 have been damaged and not working. I picked up 2 of them so you can’t say it was UPS. If it’s not excellent don’t try to sell it as excellent. Super inconvenient.

    Unfortunately I would say I love this controller but the left and right bumpers just stopped working. Very frustrating.

    If you're buying this for competitive gaming or any sort of precise input gaming, don't. Google "Elite Series 2 issues," this controller has a plethora of issues. If you play any games that require you to press, hold, and release the A button, you'll catch the controller releasing the press while your thumb is holding the button down. (Playing the new tony hawk, I ollie randomly while holding A to go) googled the issue and TONS of people are returning this controller for similar issues.

    Was working great I purchased this October 2019 and last week the B button is not working properly anymore I take really good care of it and it’s now not working

    Went through 2 brand new controllers , both of them having stock drift out of the box. Had to return them the next day. It’s not best buy fault it’s mind blowing to know this has been a huge problem since day one of the elite 2 in 11/2019. And almost 2 years later Microsoft still hasn’t fixed the issues. Smh very disappointed in Microsoft as a company..

    Amazing product. Great D-pad and removal analogue sticks. This controller makes it difficult to prefer PS4 and PS5 controllers.

    I will be returning my second Series 2 today in under 48 hours. The first unit had a stuck A button. This one has a sticky A button and the right front paddle feels and sounds completely different. I purchased the Best Buy warranty on this because of all the negative issues surrounding it, but thought it would be worth it a few months down the line as aside from what seems to be a complete lack of quality control, the hand feel is amazing. I can’t even make it past unboxing, though.

    Didn’t have any button issues my problem was the right stick making creaking noise and moving inconsistently. Went back to my mint generation one after using this controller for a few weeks and hands down the older controller is much superior even in button sensitivity. Hopefully they will fix this in later batches but expect this will be out of stock for several months after Christmas due to all the returns.
