I purchased “open box excellent condition” for $139. It randomly disconnects. Best Buy takes returns for 14 days. They directed me to Microsoft. The 1 year manufacturer warranty ran out a year ago! I just bought it 30 days ago! It’s also missing a button cover on the back for the trigger adjustment. Shame on you Best Buy.

Should really come with at least the long thunb stick and the dpad from the accessory pack.

Good as a regular Xbox elite controller, just does not come with paddles or extra joysticks

Wanted to love these but: Quality bad (had 2 of these) Sticks too stiff Wouldn’t recommend Listen to reviews The first elite controller was better imo. If u can deal with a wired controller get the fusion pro its cheaper and sticks feel similar to the regular xbox controller. Paddles are a little flimsy but not really much of an issue.

I love the solid feeling the controller had, the buttons and dpad are way more quiet than the standard controller.

This controller has really helped my Halo Infinite game play. Very well-made controller! Definitely recommend it.

Had to change out the controller twice so far with medium use. At first it was the RB button not working now it's the left analog stick drifting.

Great controller when it works. Have had it for 7 months and the right shoulder bumper has already stopped working. Not great at this price point.

Premium feel case and accessories. Great that it has an internal battery

I’ve had this controller for just two weeks. The right stick is so loose in the center position that it drifts like crazy. I’ve tried every setting to try and solve the problem, but it’s still there. For $180 it should be way better quality than this. I’m going to exchange it for a new one, and will update if that one is any better, but so far I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. My night ops controller seems to be way better quality for a lot less money.

It’s a great controller but it wears off extremely fast. I have exchanged this so many times now.

I bought this controller in December 2019 and by June 2020 the RB button stopped working (two weeks after the manufactures warranty expired). For the price I paid, I expected this controller to last longer. On top of that I am unable to use my Geek Squad Protection Plan because my local store is closed and they aren't allowing appointments or drop offs for repairs.

THE FIRST PURCHASED HAD AN ISSUE ONLY AFTER 2 WEEKS, THE RIGHT BUMPER IS SLUGGISH AND MOST OFTEN NOT RESPONSIVE. I WAS EXPECTING THAT THIS IS A BETTER CONTROLLER BUT FAILED.. MAKE SURE YOU BUY GEEK SQUAD ADDITIONAL 2 YEARS PROTECTION WHEN BUYING THIS, I DONT KNOW WHEN THE REPLACEMENT I GOT WILL BE DEFECTIVE AGAIN. XBOX NEEDS TO STEP UP ON THIS AS THIS IS THEIR PREMIER CONTROLLER.

My Husband really enjoys this controller. He likes that you can program the buttons and has more versatility.

Someone returned their broken controller and I did not notice until return period passed. Best Buy didn’t even check to see that the serial numbers were different.

Brakes all the time. I gave up trying to replace it. Just bought a Scuf controller instead.

The paddles will stick after short use. Microsoft has acknowledged there is an issue but hasn’t come up with a fix yet. Bought the extended warranty from Worstbuy and they said we should hold on to the controller until Microsoft fixes the issue and then come back and get another one on the extended warranty. Great for Best Buy cause now you loose the warranty and will have to purchase a new ex-warranty for the replacement. Best Buy wins. You lose.

The fact i have to buy windows wireless adapter makes this thing halfway useless

Well I was hoping that all the bad reviews were old and they had fixed the problems. Well after 3 short lived days my right thumb stick already has stick drift. Absolutely ridiculous! Come on Microsoft get it together with these elite controllers.
