Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the product's great overall performance, excellent battery life, and extensive customization options. They frequently praise its comfortable feel, good weight, and comfortable grip. However, a significant concern raised by users is the issue of stick drift, which appears to develop quickly. Additionally, some customers have experienced problems with button quality and found the price to be a point of hesitation.

Junk Controller. Worked fine for about a month. Afterwards, would randomly disconnect from my PC, through a wired connection. Now I cannot get it to connect. Would not buy another as replacement.

Honestly was not worth the extra money. The triggers did not fit my hands and the feel of the controller was not much better than a standard controller. I returned it and kept my normal one

The controller had mixed reviews online so I decided to give it a shot because the good reviews were really good. The one that I bought was broken in the box which kind of is common among the one star reviews

These Xbox controllers have a noticeable amount of latency compared to ps5/ps4 controllers. I only recommend this controller if you do t plan on playing competitively.

These are intentionally made to break and best buy does not care about its customers enough to see that and instead set a return date for 30 days knowing they break almost immediately after. Never again.

These things are made to be fixed. I'm on my 5th one and the warranty on this one will probably expire before I'm able to send for another replacement. These are too expensive to be this fragile.

Crappy product. The left joystick quit working. Apparently a massive defect. Microsoft finally acknowledged huge issues and extended the warranty, but you have to mail it to them and wait months for a repair. Horrible customer service!

Not worth the extra 120$. The one I bought stopped being seen by my Xbox one as soon as the battery died. Less than a week. Xbox wouldn’t even see it plugged into the USB port. Save the money & just buy a regular one. I’ve also read the suffer the same drift issues as a regular controller. Thumbs down.

I’ve had the controller for a little over a week and I noticed that the right stick has drift which was supposed to have been fixed in the prior Series 1 but somehow Microsoft did not care to fix this problem. Waste of $180, please do not buy this Scuff controller you will regret it after a couple hours.

My controller started having bumper issues and would double register or not register. The switches on the back for the triggers also broke very easily. I sent it back to Microsoft for a replacement and the exact same thing happened again for the 2nd time. Would not recommend

After 3 months, thebleft thumbstick already has drift upwards and pressing up in menus only works about 10% of the time. Of course it's 2 weeks past warranty and breaks, guess I'll look into buying a scuf

This product doesn't even have a 1 year warranty, 90 days and then you're on your own for another 100$ to have them send you a refurb. Don't get duped for $180 not worth it. At least give a 1 year warranty with your product Microsoft.
