Controller Did Not Work
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller was faulty. It did not work properly at all and had to be returned. Of course, item was then and is still out-of-stock so we are still without a controller. Just out here on the streets walking around with a Best Buy gift card

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Left stick is messed up on all of these. When you push down and try to move forward it’s difficult. Don’t get this controller.

Feels very cheap
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is definitely worse than the series one controller. The front just feels very cheap and the home button is clickable and doesn’t feel as good as the old controller. Also when playing on pc, you can’t connect it wired and will experience in game lag.

Amazing hardware crippled by software
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What's the point of having 4 extra buttons if you can only map them to existing buttons? Microsoft should include a license for real button mapping software with this $180 controller. The discontinued steam controller at least has functional software.

MS garbage at a premium price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller. For a month. This is my third since release and the same with all of my friends. Get the geek squad warranty of you even think about buying this. Left joystick starts wandering quickly. Then comes the right.

RB occasionally Doesn't work
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller is great, but recently the RB has stop working. I'm seeing similar reviews regarding this controller online. If your Microsoft warranty is up then you have to pay $100 for a replacement. $180 for a controller that lasted 5 months.

Poor Product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased on 6/26. Less than 2 months, the controller has developed left stick drift and now the paddles don’t work. And I just found out there is a class action lawsuit against Microsoft. Will be returning.

Not worth the money
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Controller was good and then the left stick stopped working. Could not get Bestbuy to replace it. Came to find out this is a common problem. Would stay away from this controller as Microsoft has acknowledged ongoing issues.
