    Controller bumpers started breaking on me and I don't believe its under warranty anymore! I read all the issues people have had with the controller and thought I lucked out and now the controller bumpers now don't work right.

    Xbox elite pro 2 controller

    Bought controller for $180 dollars barely less then a year ago and is now joystick drift is so terrible to the point controller is no longer usable would not recommend crazy to break in one year for such a high price

    Terrible. Lasted all of 6 months before the left stick started drifting without even touching it. I play maybe once or twice a week and this thing still didn't last. Not what I expected for such a high priced controller.

    Controller shuts off constantly during game play. Defective, must be returned. Make sure you test it before the return policy expires

    After 2 gaming sessions the controller stick died And best buy would take it back AMAZON HERE I COME IVE SPENT THOUSANDS AT BEST BUY AND WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

    This was a Christmas gift for my son which broke 6 months later. The remote only comes with a 90 day warranty I spent triple the price to buy a better remote but should have just bought a standard remote and saved my money.

    Left stick drifts and does not register full forward movement anymore. Tried calibration, firmware updates (none available), cleaning, but nothing helped. I will have to work with Windows warranty repair now :-(

    This is the third Elite controller I have and I am really disappointed, the first one the RB failed second one same issue and 3rd one even worse, it has Grift and LB failed. Totally disappointed for the price .

    I shouldn’t have risen my hopes up for this controller. I didn’t get a warranty because I believed they fixed all the problems after it first released. My right bumper is broken and I have to press hard in order for it to work

    I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for my controller. I’m being patient as the corona virus has mail disrupted. It shows no movement in the postal system since the day after it shipped. I paid a little extra to get it sooner.

    Very disappointed. The thumb sticks both started to stick and not return to center nearly immediately. I returned the controller and I think this experience will bring my time with video games to an end.

    Buttons always wear out after a while; and getting adjusted to paddles on ring and pinkie fingers takes a while. Gives you second thoughts about using regular controllers. Should be better quality for the price

    Rubber grips were scratxhed out of the box on 2 units. Poor quality control. Not worth the money. Ill stick with the standsrs xbox controller.

    Thumbsticks and paddles warped and went bad within two weeks of use. It's been recalled already. Not a good product. Second one I've bought, both have tanked.

    These are terrible. Breaks every few months and has to be replaced. Gets more expensive every edition so even with insurance, replacement will cost you an additional cost plus the cost to renew your insurance.
