Very easy to use and a huge upgrade from the standard controller.

My Grandson loves this, much better than the one that broke and it came from another store.

Controller is great but I had to return it because of Malfunctions. I took it back to the store and they replaced it right away. Thanks best buy! Geek Squad rules.

Love it great control..the feeling especially the grip.

Feels great. Able to Bluetooth to iOS. Most Xbox controllers can’t. Just needs to have some hall thumb sticks to help with stick drift

Beautiful design and hand hand feel. Feels if your really holding a quality product. After less then 3-4 hours of play time. Starting getting analog drift on the left thumb stick. Which became very bad after a few more hours. The box also looked as if it has been opened initially. Ended up returning this controller. Would have loved to had it work correctly.

First controller out of the box....stick drift. Returned the next day. Second controller, the stucks dont return to true center resulting in having to set up a deadzone. Will be returning that one shortly as well, will the third time be the charm or is xbox garbage. Everything else was great, the back paddles work well and the interchangable sticks are amazing. The xbox accessory app lets you change almost everything to your liking. Even my xbox 1 controller sticks return to a neutral position after 5 years....cross your fingers on purchase.

I haven’t gotten to play with it yet but I’m super excited to give it to my significant other for a gift, he has been waiting forever for this and it came in such a short amount of time and it’s in amazing condition, I didn’t know that it also came with detachable and replaceable pieces because he loves his kontrol freaks, and these have replaceable joystick that act like kontrol freaks! I’m so excited to give it to him and I’ve heard they are amazing from all my friends

The controller feels like it’s higher quality than a regular one. It has several, fairly useless, features that a regular one doesn’t have. Mine was not anymore durable than a regular one. My left stick got drift in it in under 2 months. I sent it off to Microsoft for repair as it was obviously still under warranty. It came back with no stick drift, but now the button under the left stick no longer functioned. Microsoft’s solution was to send it right back in for repairs. Had I known this was going to be so cheaply made, and Microsoft’s solutions would be more of a slap in the face than actually getting me a functioning controller I would have saved my money. Horrible experience for the price. I can’t stress enough to save your money.

I love the elite controller but for the high cost I expected better quality , the rubber grip on the shorter hair trigger lock kept coming off and for the 3 to 4 months that I owned the controller I barely used them in that amount of time, and do to them keep coming of it is hard to use the shorter hair trigger lock with out flipping over the controller in the middle of the game to change the trigger lock.
