Love the feel its perfect and how you could customize the triggers

My 13-year-old had no problem setting up this wireless controller and has used it for 3 months so far with no problems.

This is an excellent controller and entirely customizable for personal use or even special use cases in games you want different control styles. It is built like a brick s-house. The problems arise when connected to PC to game as advertised. The connection drop outs using bluetooth are infuriating. And yet, even with the cost, I refuse to use anything else. I even bought a second one for the game room in the basement. They are just that good. Certain games will have connection drops, such as Halo Infinite Campaign, AC Vallhalla, and Cyber Punk 2077. Some of those titles have somehow fixed the issue (or it has stopped happening to me at least) but some games persist in dropping connection. And its not a battery thing, or a pc problem. Its the actual controller signal. Heres the thing though, its worth the few headaches. I cant imagine not using these to game. They also have a great feature to allow more than one connection. You can connect it to your PC and if you want to quickly swap to an already connected xbox series x then you douple tap the tiny connection button and it should swap control to the new device as long as you have previously setup that connection. Well.made, accurate response, smooth triggers that can customize travel distance, extra paddles can be installed on the back, shoulder buttons are the best you have ever used, and the sticks have zero dead zone issues. Its an expensive beast, but it is worth it. You wont ever pickup the base contoller again once using the elite 2. Plus, it charges using usb c

This controller is very good, if your looking for a PRO controller, this is a good one. The battery life lasts for a long time, the grips, triggers and everything else just feels very comfortable in your hands. I definitely recommend putting the geek squad warranty just in case you have an accident OR if SOMETHING else happens....

I have had three over the past 6 years. By far the best overall high end controller. The xbox controller frame and buttom layout in my opinion is the most ideal and ergonimic. Have only had one have button/drift issues and was replaced with GSP.

Off the rip you can tell it is a lighter and smaller controller that the Elite. However this version is a quality controller. I play various FPS games along with some fighting games and well you can imagine these controllers take a beating. I had some concerns about shortcomings with this version of the elite. Outside of the missing paddles, (Thankyou Scuf) for the accessories it has been all up hill. The down side is you can not modulate the sticks like Eswap but that controller for console has its own issues. Anyway I would definitely recommend it and would venture back in to it should I need or better put when I need another one. Thank you BestBuy and to your customer service team. It matches my Xbox Series S. I already have the Xbox Elite 2 controller but use that with my Xbox Series X. Which is black like the X. Anyway I also had the first Xbox Elite controller so already have all that i need for the new one. Which just seems like its suppose to go with the Xbox Series S.

Excellent controller. It’s replacing the standard controller and the horrible SCUF controller. My recommendation is to stick with OEM items.
